    I don't take to them either I prefer engagements to happen the way we have seen so far fleets, fighters, lightsabers etc going at it rather than creatures messing it up.

    Yes IMO he is a master strategist in changing the future of the galaxy, if he does show up he will causes Kanan & the gang alot of problems.

    What are the odds that it is someone from the Old Republic? Could it be someone who only appears in the Sith holograms that Ezra retrieved from the Sith temple at the end of Season 2? Darth Revan was supposed to appear in a Clone Wars episode ("Ghosts of Mortis"), but his scene was deleted. Could it be him?

    There's a chance. If it is Thrawn or Mara Jade, they have to die in the serie because they're not in the movies after.

    The fact that Filoni showed the cover of Heir to the Empire in his recent tweet heavily implies that a character from that book will appear. That doesn't mean that there isn't room for any Old Republic characters down the line though.

    Freddie already said there were multiple EU characters coming down the line. I assume Thrawn first, then Revan and/or Kreia.

    Neither is Tagge after his movie, but he's in the post-Yavin Vader comic.

    Since Vader got damage from his duel with Ahsoka, He might not be in season 3 as much, you know with the whole rumor of baca chamber and whatever. I can see Galen Marek(starkiller) be in Rebels. Have him haunt down Kanan and Ahsoka and the rebels. He does go to the death star. will see. Just someone i thought could show in Rebels.

    How strong in the force is Kanan? I mean, I just started all over watching Rebels and in the pilot(1st episode) He appears to Ezra when he steals his lightsaber and asked Ezra to join and learn the ways of the force without being there. It didnt hit me til now but thats pretty strong to have the abilities. It took til the second season for us to see Yoda. Is it that he was able to do it to Ezra cause they were in the same location? Now with Kanan losing his sight he becomes even stronger. Guess I just depict Rebels all over again.

    Freddie Prinze Jr. was a guest on Coffee with Kenobi podcast and talked about season two and three. He said that season three would be Force 101 for the audience. It will also explore Mandalore lore with Sabine and her story.

    Basically, he said that they would go in-depth with the lore, the Force in particular, the way they never did on screen. I suspect that Filoni has many leftovers from Clone Wars, things he and George didn't get to address. That is my speculation though. Freddie said they can do that now when we know the characters. We will also get to learn more.

    I find that interesting - I figured that this next season would be a little less Force-driven and more military-driven, given that they're setting the movie up to tie in with Rogue One in some capacity (as they've mentioned already).

    I really hope they get into why the Inquisitorious matters as opposed to having more of them serve as "monsters of the week". I was disappointed that they killed the Seventh Sister off so soon, as there was a lot more that could have been done with her.

    I've just noticed that the scene of Ahsoka climbing down the stairs at the end of S2 of the sith temple is exactly the same as her climbing down the stairs at the end of the S5 of the clone wars when she left the jedi order.

    Same way to disappear from the screen. Another symetry with the Anakin / Ahsoka first separation.

    I always get teary eyed watching that scene. I hope we don't have those with Ezra & Kanan, I doubt that would be allow to happen as they are both needed to keep the series going.
