    Well,the good news is that LFL is eager to go on with the movies.If that means a new film every one or two years its ok by me.I would love to see new ideas and characters unfolding in the ST era.Rehashing forever old characters and stories (see Han Solo,possible Obi Wan/Boba Fett films) would be boring.

    The main saga is about the Skywalkers. No point in going beyond IX if no Skywalkers.
    There's plenty Star Wars stand alone potential stories to tell. Considering how much better Rogue One was compared to VII, they are probably better off going to stand alone route.
