    Just saw GMA (on ABC - owned by Disney)

    Serkis confirmed as voice.

    Lightsaber we hear but don't see at the very end is Luke's - from IV and V! Now that tells us something.

    Not sure who he was - but the whole panel specifically called out that they could confirm these two points. Specifically said it was neither Sydow nor Cumberbatch but Serkis. And made a big deal about Luke's ORIGINAL lightsaber.

    There are two separate sabers in the teaser.
    The visable red one and at the very end after the title we hear a second saber which the GMA folks are saying is Luke's lightsaber from A New Hope.

    And what's interesting is that they are saying it's Luke's (Anakin's) original blue one that was "lost" on Cloud City.

    Maybe the rumors are true about 'Kira' finding that saber then. Or maybe they're retarded and meant the Return of the Jedi saber.

    They showed the scene in Ben's hut with Luke activating the blue one...so I think it's legit and we are going to see that saber again somehow.

    Looking back on things - THAT was one of the very first rumors we ever heard wasn't it? A hand in space, a lightsaber in space, Kira showing a lightsaber to a little blue alien, etc. etc.

    I'm really intrigued as to how the action is going to get started.

    If we're harking back to IV - we're going to open in the middle of the action. After the crawl establishes "basically" where things are at - my guess is we're going to be right in the thick of things with either an attack, a chase, etc. but it's frustrating not to know WHY!!!!

    We learned that John Boyega is in fact the STAR of the film and that the original blue lightsaber (Anakin and Luke's) was heard at the very end of the trailer after the December 2015 text. This is hinting that the legendary blue Skywalker lightsaber will be passed down to somebody. If the concept art is any indication (as it was featured heavily in it), then Boyega's character will inherit it by the end of the movie.
