Now the question is: how far will we be in Act III by the time our second year is up? We've got 12 months for nine more chapters and an epilogue, and I'm predicting there's going to be a one week wait time between an update somewhere in the middle of Act II. It would appear that our Acts are going to last about a year on average, meaning that by the time this comic finally concludes - we'll be nearing, or riding the coattails of Episode IX's release.

Ratchet is going to become a playable character such as Columbo, starting from next chapter and continuing further down the line. There's going to be a Mandalorian plot in Act III once we get the Legacy storyline concluded, provided we don't mess it all up, of course - and Ratchet obviously has a part to play in that. That was literally the reason behind her inclusion here: to complete the whole Mandalorian theme of the panel, and to foreshadow her getting a bigger role.

Oh, I hope not. I'm not planning on stretching this any more than it has the right to be.

STAN: "This is outrageous! It's unfair! How can you be a restaurant and not have snoked salmon?"

STAN: "I will sue you so far up your gutter, that you'll come begging for a Toydarian lawyer!"

PAL POUTINE: "Sir, you're not making any sense."
STAN: "Neither is your face."



STAN: "Tell me a story, pal Poutine."
PAL POUTINE: "Sir, I'm afraid that you're being too comfortable for my taste."
STAN: "Nonsense! I swore off all my carnal lust the moment I became a Jedi. The only difference, I assure you, between a castrated man and myself is anatomical."
PAL POUTINE: "Well, if you insist, sir."



PAL POUTINE: "I thought not. It's not a story the Casino owners would tell you. It's a Sith legend. Darth Vegas was a Dark Lord of the Sith, so powerful and so wise, he could use the Force to influence the slot machines to create cash..."

PAL POUTINE: "He had such a knowledge of the betting quotients, he could even keep the ones he cared about from flat betting."
STAN: "He could actually... save people from bankruptcy?"
PAL POUTINE: "The dark side of the Force is a pathway to many abilities some consider to be illegal."

STAN: "What happened to him?"
PAL POUTINE: "He became so powerful... the only thing he was afraid of was losing his money, which eventually, of course, he did. Unfortunately, he taught his apprentice everything he knew, then his apprentice took his money and flat betted in his sleep."

PAL POUTINE: "Ironic. He could save others from flat betting, but not himself."

STAN: "Is it possible to learn this power?"
PAL POUTINE: "Only on Toydaria."

On one hand, you could WIELD a DOUBLE-BLADED LIGHTSABER like some kind of ULTIMATE BADASS and generally be this CLANDESTINE JEDI PRIVATE INVESTIGATOR. Do even you know what's the best part? You get to be CALLED a JEDI SHADOW. So edgy. So dark. So serious... even if you're quite literally the whitiest white guy in the entire comic. There are RATTATAKI with PASTIER COMPLEXIONS than yours.

On the other hand, you could be a JEDI SAGE like MASTER YODA, slinging ROCKS and SH*T. However, you wouldn't have a DOUBLE-BLADED LIGHTSABER, because frankly, you wouldn't even NEED ONE. You would just MAGICALLY SPAWN RANDOM DEBRIS out of the GROUND and throw PEBBLES at your FOES before they'd even have a CHANCE to COME CLOSE to you. The MYSTERIES of the FORCE would also be OPEN to you, but your MANDALORIAN BUDDIES would undoubtedly call you a SISSY.
