    So, I guess I have to ask...Is this thread a massive troll? How could you possibly be a Star Wars fan and not enjoy this movie? I absolutely knew this would happen. There were fans out there that would be determined to not like this movie. Was the movie perfect? No way. Was it really good? Yes!

    Star wars is character driven they don't give enough time to develop the character. It's transformers with a star wars skin.

    It was specific scene in RotS that drew the laughter: this one @2:37

    The theater audience saw this as over the top and just guffaw'd his acting here.

    I think people set themselves up for failure when they fall too hard in love with their own fan theories. I loved the film. There was very little I didn't like, although not much stood out as amazing to me either.

    The pacing is exactly like transformers its action scene after action scene. It's essentially a 2 hour trailer for Episode 8.

    I didn't even have any fan theories for this films I'm not one of the guys that hate this film because Luke is in it for 2 seconds or han dying. I just expected more from this movie.

    I hated the prequels but have an attachment for count dooku becuase my name is also Dooku and I hated it when people mispronounced my name and teased me. I hated my name for the longest time until atoc came out after that no one made fun of me.

    I have not seen the movie yet, but I guess I will be in the disappointed camp.

    Things I liked about the force awakens

    I thought daisy ridley and oscar Issac were hot.

    The acting was really good and there was no cringe worthy dialogue.
