    Just an FYI-

    Convicted violent criminals, AKA convicted felons, as well as those convicted of misdemeanor domestic violence, cannot in any way shape or form, walk into Walmart, or any business holding a Federal Firearms License, and buy any firearm, ever.

    Every person wishing to purchase a firearm from Walmart or other Federally Licensed Dealer must pass the NICS background check, which is conducted by the FBI. This is a background check that you call in after the prospective customer has filled out the proper forms, and if they belong to any of the classes of persons prohibited from buying/owning a firearm mentioned above, they are denied, and absolutely will not be allowed to make the purchase. The system is both thorough, and accurate. :D

    I am 100% for inspections or banning real weapons/real looking props/requiring peace-tied for safety measures. TFA will draw tons of people-and many concerts, conventions, and theme parks have similar security measures so I am fine with that. Banning things like plastic lightsabers, costumes, face paint, and slave Leia outfits ...that's where I have a problem.

    They did for the Merchandise first. But where a first is there is the possiblity for a second. I don´t have to elaborate more how stupid this fathers rant about Slave Leia was or the outcry itself...

    Smart theaters should offer costume friendly showings. This will keep the superfan separate from those that are bothered by the costumes. It means they can have stricter security checks. Tack on an extra 5 bucks to the ticket price and give everyone the collectable 3d glasses. Win win win.
