    Just watched Guardians of the Galaxy for the First time. I enjoyed it. I was really good, and my favorite scene is the prison break.

    Awesome man! Guardians of the Galaxy was a really great film! When they first announced it way back when I will admit I was one of the first ones to go What? All of the Marvel Universe at your disposal and you pick a comic book that even people who read a lot comics like me barely know anything about. Just goes to show you why Kevin Feige runs Marvel and I do not :)

    I think Star Lord was my favorite but its a close call. Seeing Thanos first proper appearance was beyond awesome.

    I do not flat out hate this like most people seem to but what's the point of making a movie about a comic book if you just change everything. I think Trank is trying to make a very character driven movie that happens to have superhero and super villains making everyone more relatable. I just have a feeling this will be a good movie for some reason however no matter how good it may be I still want the rights to revert back to Marvel.

    Back to the actual MCU, though. I just found a leak from a few months ago that sounds pretty accurate, and it discusses some material that has come to pass (confirming the entire lineup, sans Guardians Of The Galaxy 2 and the fact that Avengers: Infinity War is a two-parter) and material that has not yet been confirmed (but sounds likely). I'll summarize the spoiler-free points here:

    • Andy Serkis is playing Ulysses Klaw and will appear in both Avengers: Age Of Ultron and Black Panther.
    • The Ultron-Pinocchio analogy extends beyond the "There Are No Strings On Me" quote, with Scarlet Witch serving as the Blue Fairy to Ultron's Pinocchio - she even adds the Vibranium to his metal frame.
    • Skye from the Agents Of S.H.I.E.L.D. is actually related to Doctor Strange.
    • Hank Pym worked on the blueprints that led to the creation of Ultron, while Tony Stark just finished the project.
    • Captain America may eventually lift Mjolnir, as teased in Avengers: Age Of Ultron. Chris Evans's two contractual appearances seem to be limited to Captain America: Civil War and the second part of Avengers: Infinity War.
    • HYDRA will take a backseat in Captain America: Civil War.
    • On an incidental note, it appears that Marvel will get the rights to the Fantastic Four and associated characters after the movie is released. The poster doesn't say anything about Spider-Man, but given how desperate Sony sounds right now, it's possible that rights-sharing or full ownership of the rights could take place.

    Nice to have you back. I did some digging and could not find anything to back it up. Not saying it's not legit a lot of sounds plausible but somethings do not add up to me. It was a fun read regardless.

    This one seems to have been an assumption that has been proven wrong. Skye's father, played by Kyle McClaughlin on the show, is referred to in the credits as "The Doctor" and has not been named yet. But they are setting him up to be some sort of Inhuman, not Doctor Strange.
