    Yes, that's all a tad extreme. It' a good movie but just not what I expected or wanted. However, it is what it is and the world goes on. Wishing death upon Rian is absurd and anybody genuinely feeling that this would have been a deserved fate because of disappointment in a movie, please seek medical assistance.

    Criticism requires the ability of critical thinking and a mind open to ideas different than yours, also well-thought arguments.

    The moment I see a comment in the vein of "worse than Phantom Menace" in this particular case, I skip it and can't take it seriously. The general, blanket claims about people, intentions without actual arguments - negativity. The negativity can also be a criticism (even well-thought out) repeated over and over and over... in every thread... even where it does not belong, like the repetition will magically make people think like you (this is a general, not personal you). The negativity is shouting your 'truth' louder than anyone else in hope it will make it the actual truth. Negativity is forgetting that this is a discussion forum where we exchange opinions not hammer them to accept ours.

    I enjoy a good debate just like anyone else, but nowadays I move on whenever I encounter the immovable object(s), people so set in their opinions that they would even ignore the pure facts when they don't fit their stance. It's just not worth it, because passion should be fun.
