hiya everyone,

I'm a regular visitor to this site for my news fix, as well as a subscriber to the podcasts, as well.

but, anyhoo, a tiny bit about myself now. I'm 40 year old Los Angeles native (in other words, born and raised in a suburb of LA), stuck inside the body of a slightly pudgy 15 year old boy hehe. I've been a fan since that opening weekend of May '77. As my screen name and avatar, suggest, I'm also a (semi - retired) fake Beatle. I'm the one that winks, points, shakes their head, while trying not to look like they're spazzing out!

But, like billions and billions of others before and after me, I have worked in the entertainment industry since 1983 (again, directly inspired by SW and other like films, in general), in front of the camera (with some aspiration for writing and/or directing, as well).

Celebrating my 30th post with an introduction.

I'm a 28 year old Star Wars fan that hails from the southern tropics of Brazil. The recent Star Wars boom resulted in an intensification of my geek urges which led me to join the forum, a place where I can unabashedly return time and time again for my SW fix.

On a side note, I'm a psychotherapist and musician deeply interested in mythic themes, and as such feel deelply connected with the whole SW mythos.

My forum name and profile picture is a tribute to the good times I had as a youngster enjoying the SW podracing game in my nintendo. Geek and proud
