@MBWilson I won't apologize for sounding like a fantasy racist But with all the evidence and Star Wars basically tossing all sorts of aliens at us since our childhood, I just don't get the creative thinking behind Jacen. Who would've problem with cool and cute kid with lekkus?
At least, when in live action and taking all the liberties from animation, I'd buy Jacen with brown hair, rather than the green... And I don't mind that visually, it just doesn't make sense.
Visually, I feel that the video games capture and are true to the visual mandatories of the movies leagues more than the live action content on D+ ever did.
Nightsisters looking like Nightsisters (still waiting for some possible lore drops in this case), Pauans, going back to animations, the shows are also highly respectful to source material albeit with heavy stylization dictated by the art style... with heavy contrast to awesome adaptations of the likes Cad Bane, Ahsoka, Sabine, Hera (the contact lenses throw me a bit off with everyone, I'd maybe keep the actor's eye color unless we see some Sith yes after years!)

I'd love to see some gallery on Disney+ where they will adress some of the creative choices, but the galleries are mostly like marketing promos with cast interviews, rather than full blown behind the scenes. I loved those documentaries on the movie Blu-rays and I was quite sad to see even more how hasted Episode 9 was, because you could've seen the amount of work and thought the artists put behind, including Abrams, only to make ton of compromises and make it work somehow on tight deadline.

I have a feeling that when the make-up artists in live action follow up with the secondary cast, then "Ain't nobody got time for that!"

Anyways, I had some gaps with Nightsister know-how, as I've watched SW Explained video yesterday, appearantly, there is a third Nightsister in comic book beisdes Elsbeth and Merrin:

Now this is super interesting! Funny, that I know that the war went for 3 years and somehow it didn't hit me even when seeing the episode like 3 times in the past already, during rewatches. I'd trust the official info always, as going by visuals in SW is kinda muddy and misleading nowadays
I wonder if the dad of the kids was another Twilek.

Let's see, super intrigued by Elsbeth now. In Mando, I presumed that she is a similar remnant of officials working for Empire like the Client in S1. Now as a proper SW fan, I need some backstories

 

So - putting it all together - Ahsoka is not in the WBW, she's underwater dreaming/dying/having a vision - and what she sees are splinters of her minds eye. Hera will arrive just in time; right after fans get their Anakin & Rex moments... Thrawn will appear late and episode 6 will air next week.

 

I won't dispute that one.

That was a payoff more than 40 years in the making. The moment Han spoke of a Wookiee ripping arms out of their sockets, even 6 year old me thought, "well that's something I would like to see..." Looking back, that's a little disturbing, and I'm glad I watched that BoBF scene by myself, because I imagine the giggles I had would have been equally troubling. For me, it was all the little things like this that made BoBF so much fun. I didn't really know of Santo before that and it made me a fan.

 

Chewie did it in SOLO.

Well that's cool, I do not remember that so now I must go watch Solo tonight. And I definitely haven't seen the TFA deleted scenes so I need to find that as well.

As I type this I am realizing that I'm planning my day around searching for clips of violent Wookiee encounters. I really need to talk to somebody about some stuff.

Did George Lucas visit the Ahsoka set? Just curious because I just rewatched the master and apprentice special video and it was cool that he visited The Mandalorian for The Jedi episode(as well as other Mandalorian episodes right? Can't remember)
