    I'm still on the no teaser in 2016 wagon. Can they do it ?? Ofcourse they can, they can do anthing they want to. Will they do it ?? That is always the big question. They wont loose anything by not releasing a teaser in 2016 so they might as well wait if it dosnt serve a purpose.

    But if they attach an Ep8 teaser to R1 I'll miss the beginning of the movie because I'll be cleaning up the pieces of my exploded head off the theater floor...:confused:

    That is definitely wise. Rogue One can do fine on its own. It dosen't need, nor would it benifit from an EpVIII teaser in my opinion.

    Rian Johnson can easily give use a tease in December. He can post on twitter: "you guys want to see some episode VIII footage?", to which everyone replies "yes". Then he says: "well I can't divulge any". "Oh, stop it you teaser" says the non-crazies.

    He types it while inside a trailer as well :D.

    Was there a teaser for Rogue One with The Force Awakens ??? No, there wont be a Episode VIII teaser with before or right after Rogue One either. The first teaser will probably be released in February. Rogue One needs December and January all for itself.

    I agree. There is no way they'll release a trailer before/with Rogue One. It would just confuse the average movie goer even more.
    That being said, I hope they don't wait until April again.

    How were they planning on promoting VIII when it was still going to hit theaters in May anyway? :confused:

    It could be, Rian Johnson did say Celebration Orlando is the place to be for EpVIII news. And SWC Orlando takes place in April. ;)

    Exactly. It would have been one big promotinal mess between EpVIII and Rogue One.
