RUMOR Teaser 2 Discussion Thread - Date Confirmed by Collider?

Can't wait for the teaser.

 

I think it will be, my post was purely in response to the hypothetical that @Pomojema was putting forward.

 

No matter what we will see more new footage (hopefully with the OT characters)

Since JJ Abrams and Kathleen Kennedy is kicking off C7, I now have an even stronger feeling that the next trailer will debut at C7

That is a safe bet I would say. Nothing could be bigger than that except the full trailer, and that is way to early for that. So Teaser 2 it is.

 

My source is telling me April 16th for a trailer drop.

Wow that is a statement of a post.

 

My source, which doesn't exist and is a figment of my imagination, tells me that my assumption for the trailer release and other stuff is thus:

Teaser 2 will be "attached" to Age of Ultron. HOWEVER, those who go to Celebration VII will get to see it as well as a special surprise.
The full Trailer will drop in September around the time of the release of the hasbro toys and things.
Cast will start to do promo interviews around late November, late night appearances the week prior to the 18th

Edit: Let me be clear. "My sources" was in jest. It is my speculation.

 

September my birthday month can't wait.

 

Doubt anyone who claims to have sources.

That said, Lucas film needs a plumber this coming week.

However, once crew realizes they need to strip image meta data to keep their jobs, the links will flow.

Me to. And the best part is that no one can actually prove that they have sources. They all just make guesses and uses known facts to back up their claims of having sources.

I dont think anything will be coming this coming week. I dont know what that should be. No footage is coming this coming week that is for sure.

 

Guessing makes it exciting, when the trailer comes it comes, I have accepted it so should all of you.

Teaser 2 (or Trailer 1) will most likely drop on April 16th, just look at the wording of the SW article, tell me that doesn't scream teaser 2. Thursdays are Star Wars announcement / info release days. Maybe there won't be an online release until Avengers, I don't know. You probably don't even need to release the teaser with avengers, the film will be will be sold out anyways, and release the teaser prior to avengers will also have it during avengers, therefore, more exposure (or same exposure) while catering to fans.

 

With what they said I would be surprised if we didn't see a second teaser at Celebration.
