I'm pretty sure that most of you have this video reaction to the 1st TFA teaser. But for those of you who haven't, enjoy!!

 

There's a reason why I never watched this video. It sucked.

 

I hate channels whose primary output is reaction videos. I don't understand what people see in them, honestly...

 

For some reason I could watch these "reaction" videos all day long...yep, quite the life I live!

 

Looks like I may have been right all along. Mwa ha ha ha. Heh.

 

I'm still of the mind that the blade lengths are modulating and increase as needed whether that's vertically or horizontally

 

Maybe they created the figure from concept art. The saber looks nothing like that in any other leaked image or promo material.

 

I like it...don't know why...I just do. At least that guy, I've never watched any other reactions. I probably just like it because he's a SW fan and he seems real pumped. And I love how he loses his mind when he sees the x-wings.

 

Oh that melted blade ruined it.

 

I dont care what anybody says, even a plastic blade could have been made alot better in todays world. That blade really sucks buttholes for real, the hilt however is cool.

 

I prefer the complete weapon.

 

I just went through the whole thread and after reading all that posts i feel like back in 2014.
I remember how pumped i was back then.
Love that feeling.

 

I remember watching the teaser over and over and over back when it first came out.
It truly was awesome, because we saw the first glimpse of Episode 7 at last.

 

Episode VII has got much of wonderful scenes (as I posted in another thread a few days before), but (as I also mentioned in this thread) some of the "greatest scenes" of the new trilogy (really: How do you call it here? NT?) will always be scenes from the TFA-trailers. Yeah, of course, unlike RO, in this case, the most scenes in the trailers were also in the movie, but the combination of cut, music and context sometimes made them even better than they really were in theatre.

Especially "Chewie, we're home" made me cry, when I saw it first. In the movie, it is also a good scene "for the heart", but in the trailer, it was the highlight - also because of its position at the end of the trailer. And: I really like John William's new themes in TFA, but there`s one piece of music in the trailers, I really missed in the movie: I guess, it was the last trailer with this wonderful, really great version of Leia's theme, where they used a choir. Especially, the cut and the way, they used the combination of music and picture, was great work.

Hm, okay... maybe it's because I was member of a general SF-forum in the past, but ST is STAR TREK for me... well, I have to accept this here... (My translator says, that "sich daran gewöhnen" would be "become accustomed to", but I'm not sure, if this would be correct in this context.)
