    That super-weapon is on the blue/republic side of the poster... I don't think that's the First Order superweapon. I think it's the Rebellion's. Remember this movie is said to have similarities to the cold war... each side with the ability to destroy the other completely. The Rebel death star can destroy planet's the First Order's can destroy suns, and therefor entire solar systems.

    Perhaps part of the plot is the two sides racing to use their weapons... the Rebellion wants to destroy the First Order planet to save the solar system. If they can destroy the weapon without destroying a whole planet (a secret strike, like destroying the shields on Endor.) they will. The moral struggle will be using the Rebellion super weapon and being just as bad as the Empire.

    Great poster. Dissapointed by no Luke but the poster by Altgr is perfect.

    That deathstar/starkiller could be used by anyone, lets just wait and see before rubbishing it.

    Hmm...I tend to agree. I have a feeling that isn't Starkiller, but the Rebellion's weapon. JJ has said he wants to play with the ambiguity of morality.

    Not a huge fan of this poster. Looks like any recent Marvel photoshop catastrophe IMO.

    SW posters usually either stand above the others or set new trends, this does neither of these things.

    Princess Botox looks strange, as does her maltese hair. Also wish they didn't literally throw Rey turning dark in your face...

    Someone posted on the force.net (that inferior Star Wars forum) that the way the shoulder of kylo's shirt is folded resembles the rebel insignia. That might be a stretch but it's just food for thought.
