That would be cool cause it would also lead to a bunch of new questions since I always thought that Finn would end up being related to Lando. If Finn is indeed the Jedi of the movie, does that mean that they won't persue the story of the Skywalker bloodline? Yet we have no idea if Luke ever got a girl so fans could even be given the surprise that Finn ends up being Luke's son. Unless of course Lando approached Leia during her break up with Han and then.........

Starkiller is a planet........but.......how does that even work with the planet split in two like that?.......I mean.......that's a tad goofy.

 

If you look closely, it's doesn't cover the entire planet, it's just section of it. see the wall where the large trench ends on the right.

 

Is anyone else disappointed that they just came up with a updated "Death Star". Lame... come up with something new for the love of god.

 

It's not a death star, it's a super weapon on a frozen planet.

The death star was a moon i mean space station. Starkiller is a planet with a cannon on it.

 

Both Super weapons, but different. I'm not going to let the movie be ruined for me because there is a big gun in the film, kind of like the one in the last movie

Don't get me wrong, I am psyched for the movie just kinda wish there was some other threat than giant super weapon again. Movie is still going to kick ass either way.

The puppet was mo-cap controlled. I'm sure there will be a CGI and "practical" version used.

 

I don't think it will be a main point of the plot. Unless blowing up a star system will release Plagueis's spirit into space for him to find a new body that isn't a pile of ash.

 

Folks, get over the super weapon. I'd love to hear YOUR VERSION of what they should have done instead of a super weapon. Honestly, the prequels didn't have a super weapon and look what that got us. Boring space battles with....Buzz droids? Vulture droids that talk in space? Droid control ships that have the main reactor in the hanger where some kid can accidentally blow it up? No, logically there needs to be a super weapon, except this time, I believe BOTH SIDES will have one and Leia may have to use it despite killing innocents. Heavy stuff. Besides, if the technology was there, naturally it would have evolved and be used for more evil.
