What Characters do You want to see in Rebels?

The character I would love to see in Rebels is Durge. He was awesome in the comics and was a great non Sith/Dark Jedi enemy to the Jedi.

 

I haven not gone through all of the posts yet, but I personally would want to see Cad Bane on his last mission. It would be nice to see him aged and instead of agile, more wise and keen to his surroundings. I am not sure exactly how to fit it into the story, just simply stating, I want more Cad Bane.

 

I think only one other member mentioned Bane but I agree he is a great character causing trouble for the republic & now he can cause more trouble for the resistance if is written into one of the seasons.

 

I'd like to have him voiced by Temuera Morrison. Boba Fett is a unique clone, and because of that I think he should have a different voice to Captain Rex. His Boba Fett voice in EA Battlefront is really good in my opinion, and he probably wouldn't cost too much as well.

 

Maybe an x wing facility where they end up stealing the ships and overtake the fctory and also them stumbling across a "dead" planet with a small group of Jedi trying to restart the order ..

I'm thinking more along the lines of Star Wars Republic Commando, where each clone in Delta Squad had a different voice actor. While Baker does a decent impersonation, he's still nowhere near nailing the Maori accent.

 

Didn't Temuera do various voices for the prequels ?

 

Not really, his tone just changed depending on the character: Cody was more commanding, Jango was softer, Oddball sounded more certain.

 

Well yeah that's what I'm talking about.

 

I would like to see Obi-Wan and real Yoda on Rebels. Only if Kanan dies before Ep.4. Its just fitting for a character like Jedi Kanan to give everything he has in keeping the Jedi way to end his story on a good note. He's not in the OT so him going around the galaxy fighting off the empire and Vader as Vader is looking to kill all Jedi's. Kanan meeting Obi-Wan and tell him to go to Dagoba to seek the one you are looking for "Yoda" and Yoda telling him some wise ass jedi saying to make Kanan know he will be one with the force once his path is done. thats a good way to end a Rebels story. that and Erza going to the darkside. I would like to see a mission where Sabine acts as a bounty hunter and runs across Han Solo during her mission. that would be good. Luke would be iffy to me in rebels. He's the main character in SW. So adding him in rebels wouldnt be a good idea. that just me.

 

I would really like to see Obi-Wan and see him in his middle age years and see what he's been up to. I'd also like to see Lor San Tekka because he seems like he'd have a pretty good backstory and we only go to see him for like 3 minutes in TFA. I think it would also be cool to see Maz Kanata somewhere. Maybe if they were to go inside her castle we could also see Boba Fett or Han.

 

I love the idea of an Obi-Wan feature. However if this compromises the chance of an Obi-Wan Anthology film, then I'd rather wait for that.

Realistically I think a feature from Boba Fett would be amazing and beneficial to Rebels. Firstly, I think the feature would add to Boba's depth as a character - i.e. we'd get to see why he's such a notorious Bounty Hunter. Secondly, I think it's a good alternative to other 'Baddies' we've seen in Rebels.

As people above has said though, I don't want Rebels to over-saturate the series with old characters. I'd like some new ones too.

 

So, I just googled the cast of Rebels and it shows a character named Obiwan Kenobi! Wonder if Filoni is bringing him to this season of Rebels?
