    Alright, everyone, I promise this is the last post I'll make about the deleted Rogue One scenes! :D

    I'm wondering how the Mustafar scene would fit in with those three scenes. Cause the Mustafar scene was apparently in the movie the whole time, right? We have the Bacta Tank shot from the very first teaser trailer, unchanged in the final film. And then (to complicate matters!), we have Gary Whitta saying this from a month or so ago:
    This seems to contradict the idea that he had two extra scenes earlier on. Yet the images we have available indicate that Darth Vader did indeed have an extra scene or two. I guess Whitta could have been referring to a finalized version, and the extra scenes I already posted about could have been shot for the heck of it. But assuming those three scenes were in the movie... I don't know how the Mustafar thing would have worked. Vader wouldn't have needed to summon Krennic if he was on the Death Star right after the destruction of Jedha. But then...Gareth did say they just shot footage to see what would stick. Man, the changes to this movie are mind-boggling!

    Thoughts, anyone? ;)

    Not sure it's Tolkienesque, but still very evocative. I've also seen one that has him mourning Padmé in his meditation sphere. Quite poignant.

    I'll never forget the interview from the late '70s where he described James Earl Jones as having an "obviously negro" voice, and this was because Vader's in a black suit. How times have changed! Such a statement would be unacceptable now, in a recorded interview, no less.

    He's really softened his tone toward JEJ over the years, and he said they met several years ago and wanted to do a convention together.
