What stories should be turned into anthology films?

KOTOR, but have it be from the Mandalorian Wars until Darth Revan's downfall, then continue with the "main game" storyilne in a TV show (live action or animated, your choice).

That's an incredibly creative idea! Quinlon Vos is around the same age as Obi-Wan I think, so maybe substitute him for a young Qui-Gon Jinn? That way, the lines Shmi and Jinn share in TPM would make more sense (and, if some of these rumors about them and Episose VIII are true, this would add nice backstory). Still having a you Mace Windu (or even adding a young Dooku) would be good too.

A buddy cop like movie with Yoda as well?

 

I added the ancient sith artifact thing because that would be better understood as to why Mace Windu fights so harshly and could add an implied backstory as to ONE OF THE REASONS Palpatine wants to be rid of Dooku

There has been this kind of bug in my head about what I truly wanted to see analysed, explained and properly presented in canon.

The Force.

Go back. Waaaaay back. No Empire, no Stormtroopers, no Old Republic, no Sith, no Jedi, no lightsabers, nothing. Just the Force and its rare users in a galaxy that is in the brink of space-travel, that has only just realised that they can travel in Light Speed, that said Light Speed is still not perfect, but it's just ONE spet from being real...

...and that one single planet has just realised that they're not the only intelligent species in the galaxy. There are more. And even further, this unexplained phenomenon (it doesn't even have the name "Force" yet) is present into other species as well.

And that's where the debate begins. How do you use it? Is it a gift? A curse? An anomaly? Are its users even people? And those aliens, what can we call them?

In other words, I want the prehistoric times of the Star Wars universe. I want the beginnings of the social and political structure, the way the Old Republic was formed and how the Force users developed a certain mindset, set the rules on the use of the Force, found Kyber crystals and forged Lightsabers from them, how there were arguments and fights on rules of the usage of the Force and how the schism happened.

If anything, I want the first lightsaber to be ignited at the very end of, not only one movie, but of a whole trilogy.

A documentary-style trilogy. Why the frick not.

 

The time gap between ROTJ and TFA, maybe in animated format, since I don't want a recast of Luke, Han and Leia.

- Shadows of the Empire: timeframe already covered by the book "Moving Target".

Hope it is made canon.

I'm going to sound repetitive but PLEASE make an Obi-Wan Kenobi solo movie.

It could start with how he was taken to the Jedi Order. Then they could fast forward to his time in Tattoine, and include the issues from the Journal of Obi-Wan included in the Star Wars ongoing comic issues. And definitely include some flashbacks to his scenes with Duchess Satine - some good characterization would do to make him look like back in ROTS - and maybe some other flashback with Anakin from the PT.

 

Battle of Mandalore.

I would love to see a movie which deals with the aftermath of Order 66.
The protagonist is a survivor of the Jedi purge but now he tries his luck as a bounty hunter. Actually, he wants to forget his past as a Jedi-Knight but the Galactic Empire becomes more and more cruel and he has to move against this regime of terror. By the help of a female smuggler (Han Solo type character) he will support people at need...

This concept could also work for a Kenobi movie.

 

They could almost pull a Batman Begins move with this:

• start with him as a nomad on Tatooine after Ep. III, like Bruce was in the prison
• Flash back to important life events that fit within the narrative as new things occur on Tatooine
• Deal with his "training" under Qui Gon Jinn (who, conveniently, is Liam Neeson), either with Qui Gon as a Force ghost or going back to Obi Wan's days as a Padawan
• Have him establish his "Ben Kenobi" identity as an old hermit

It may sound funny, but I'm actually quite serious with this.

 

Even Ewan McGregor wants one .
