    Yeah lol. @Trashcan to put things into perspective- R2 is already dead. He has been already replaced by BB8 as the galaxy’s most popular robot, I wouldn't be surprised if his role in Episode 9 will be (again) completely irrelevant to the plot and BB will get all the screentime.

    I voted for Kylo but I’m almost positive Hux is going to go down fighting & try & take down as much of the Resistance with him.

    Even though it makes me sad, I think it’s going to be Poe. With a comic series dedicated to him, I just feel his character has, suspiciously, been explored more than anyone else in this universe. :(

    Most likely is Kylo. I hope they find a better ending than Rey trying to turn Kylo but seeing no hope she has to kill him.

    I would much rather Ben live on to the next trilogy after renouncing the dark side and having to make up for his past mistakes as Kylo. A great emotional beat could be Rey dying to save him and showing the true power of the light side but it will probably be the first sentence of this comment.

    Just because there will be no more stories about the Skywalker family in the future movies, it doesn't directly mean that they will die out.
    They'll probably give the Skywalker family a rest and move on to introduce new main characters.

    The universe doesn't revolve around the Skywalkers alone anyway.

    Kylo. I feel like he’s been presented with opportunities to return to the light twice now, and he’s rejected it both times. In my opinion, he should remain the villain to the end, but a conflicted one at that. As for some of the other characters, I could see Rose and Hux biting the bullet, and honestly I can kinda see Poe dying too. I don’t even know at this point, I feel like the film can kinda go anywhere. (And I’m glad about that!)
