    I did feel bad for Mark Hamill during this TMZ "interview".
    Then I felt bad for watching.

    This wizened old wizard is indeed slow to anger and hate - a powerful ally of the light.

    I too have acute hearing, I pretty much rate it as a disease albeit the most minor handicap I can think off!
    Still, this time I fear it may be me making all the theater noise when Mark finally appears on screen...

    how can I feel bad for someone having the time of his life.
    from everything I have seen he has been having a blast and projecting it.
    I wish I was having a time like him so you could feel bad for me.

    He knew going in he would have to go radio silent for a couple of months, not a big deal to someone through out his career has had to be radio silent because of dry spells or lack of interest in protest he wanted to be involved in. I feel bad he was soon type cast as Luke for years no one wanted him for other things. then he pulled himself up and out of that through consistent great hard work. now he is getting to enjoy a resurgence. He has never been one for the grand over spectacle aspect of things. he just wants to be there for the nerds. which I am sure he is doing over the course of next few years.

    This would be very disappointing to many fans and I guess a huge amount of fans would say, this is it, I quit.
    Consequences could be empty cinemas and the upcoming episodes VIII/IX would be ill-fated.

    Would be nice if that would be possible. (It's a pity that we don't know if Luke is in the movie for 2 seconds or less)
    It will not be possible to boycott the movie in the first days, but afterwards, everything is possible.
    Many people will not watch it a second time if they are disappointed and VIII/IX will financial suffer from it too.

    I bet he is having quite a bit of fun with it all right now and I suspect that before this is all over, he will end up with far more scrutiny, attention, and interview time than he would like.
