I love this statement. It makes perfect sense to me. For Han to go "backwards" in his storyline makes no sense.

I think that Adam Driver looks much younger than he is.

 

As I said elsewhere, it would be better if the potential parents thought Rey and Kylo were dead. Otherwise it would just make them look like terrible parents.

 

I think you are correct. If Rey or Kylo are related to any of the OT characters the most logical and best scenario is that they are presumed dead by their parents.

 

I think they're both descendants of Anakin Skywalker and most likely cousins. Could be brother and sister too, either way how they're related as well as which Skywalker (Luke or Leia) they come from will be hinted at in TFA but not answered till Episode VIII or IX.

Personally, I could see JJ faking us out in TFA by making us think Kylo is Han and Leia's kid and then discover he was Luke's kid all along.

I think they are both Han and Leia's but Kylo is a little older. Luke was training Kylo when he was very young, but the Knights of Ren swooped in and kidnapped Kylo because they think he can be the next Vader because of his lineage. Everyone thinks Kylo is dead and Luke thinks he is a failure as a Jedi and goes off into hiding. Han and Leia are scared that a very young Rey will suffer the same fate as Kylo so they do what Obi Wan did with Luke and hide her with a guardian, MVS, on a planet where they are sure she can't be found. She doesn't have to know who she is because she was so young when she was hidden. Rey finding out this story could be one big twist for the general public. I also think Kylo, since he spent most of his life being brainwashed by the Knights of Ren, will feel like he was saved from his family who did what he believes is the equivalent of murdering Jesus. He thinks he must finish what Vader started because he is what he sees as the only one in the chosen one lineage who isn't a traitor to his religion.

 

And then didn't went to see their child dead body or bury them ?

Weird.

 

I would say they went missing and were presumed dead. Never found so no body to see or bury.

 

Missing before 2 years old so. Because they should have no memory of their parents. If they had they could have said : Hey Dad I'm alive on Jakku !!

Maybe there is something with Rey but the explanation has to be better than that.

 

My theory: Rey and Kylo will be siblings, Kylo was kidnapped from the Jedi Academy and presumed dead, this tore the family apart, causing a young Rey steals the Falcon and gets stuck on Jakku, while Han and Leia split up, Han becomes a drifter, Leia turn to the corruption of power and the arms of Capt Emmatt. Both kids know their heritage but Rey rejects it while Kylo becomes obsessed with becoming grandpa. When Han and Rey meet for the first time on screen, they know each other, but the shocking reveal of the flashback is Kylo is the long lost son gone bad.

 

Finn is jolee's long lost ancient resurrected son. That's why he has an attitude

 

I think one scenario that doesn't include the parents thinking they are dead is that Kylo was either kidnapped or, if older at the time, willingly turned to the Dark Side, joined the Knights of Ren, and tried to take the younger Rey with him. Kylo also helped kill Luke's other Jedi apprentices (possibly even her mother). This drove a wedge between the big three, though not necessarily an open anger, but more regret and not wanting to confront their failures.
I think Rey possibly has Force induced amnesia and was hidden from her older cousin and the KOR/FO for her safety. Her using the Force could be like a beacon to Kylo (The "awakening" of the teaser? "A presence I have not felt since..."). I suspect she has a guardian or two watching out for her; a bit like Obi-Wan with Luke. Possibly even Han swings by Jakku once in a while to check things out. She isn't as alone as she thinks.
Her feelings of abandonment could be a source of powerful drama in the next episodes.

 

Maybe so, but young enough to be Daisy's twin? I'm 29. Daisy looks like a kid to me and Adam looks much older.

 

I know this is probably an unpopular opinion, but maybe if Kylo and Rey aren't related (I know the chances of that are slim and it's far more likely that they are) Luke is actually pulling an inverse Obi-Wan? By this I mean he knew Kylo's birth parents (rebels, padawans of his, etc) and THEY were good people, but he failed in protecting their son from the dark side. Thus, he goes into self imposed exile (or something of the sorts) to hide his regret. How that relates to Rey? If she's his daughter, then he tries to protect her from distancing himself and keeping her far away from where people would look (not the best parent, I know, but the Skywalkers don't have the best track record anyways). If Rey isn't related to Luke, then his isolationist behavior (theoretically) nothing to do with Rey. Would that effect the story? Maybe. It's just a thought though.

 

I don't necessarily think that they're twins, but I think that he could play someone closer to Daisy's age.
