    I think the Dark Knight was just a name used to label the picture. I think we might be reaching a bit much to make a Batman specific connection here...I think if anything it's just a combination reference to the Dark Side, and Jedi Knights.

    The only connection with Batman and Star Wars is Mark Hamill. He is Luke Skywalker (obviously) and he has voiced the Joker in every single verison of his appearances in Batman and Justice League cartoons since the 90's.

    So we're back at it being Luke. But he's forced to delve into the dark side occasionally to dole out justice in this new post-Empire world.

    Eh. (Shrugs)

    Han and Driver confront Luke. Han is under the influence (of Driver's power, wise guy) and Luke kills him. Leia catches wind, and becomes so enraged, she kills her own nephew, Luke's only son...

    If we're going from Devin's suggestion that the actor will be the big shocker for the identity reveal (and the fact that he's adamant it's not Luke), then it makes me think that it's likely one of the new cast members. If it were one of the originals, then the character would be the source of the shock.

    If this is the case, then we might not want to over analyze the shape of the lip or look of the eyes- isn't it possible some of these concept pieces were created before the actor for the role was cast? Don't forget that in early casting calls, some of the characters had undetermined race and even gender, all depending on who they ended up casting in the end.

    An unannounced cast member would be a really fun reveal, but would be that much more difficult to keep under wraps. Or maybe Kevin Smith's early visit to the set was more than just to watch...;)

    I would be OK with this as long as his acting has gotten better. The only time i ever got any real emotion from him was when he was burning on the lava shore and he screamed at Obi-Wan "I HATE YOU!!!". That was awesome. other than that, he was a stiff.

    dont forget about Robert Downey JR and Simon Pegg

    Weren't there rumors that Daniel Craig was cast? But he said "you won't really be seeing my face" I figured he would just have a cameo in a cantina, but maybe...

    I had Gleeson as Luke's son who falls to the dark side and that's why Luke went into exile. Based on stuff I've heard since then I think Gleeson will actually be a hero in episode VII, who goes dark at the end, but is redeemed in IX
