im watching the 3-01 right now. this ones starting off strong. and i really liked the THX 1138 reference.

Rex and Echo not only have the Bad Batch episodes...

They're back in REBELS!

 

Sorry, but I don't think Echo will be back in Rebels, we only see Rex, Wolffe and Gregor

I think the domino squad episode was not very great. The ideology of the episode was not enough plot. It also ripped off enders game!

 

I've rewatched the series again and once another time I was amazed by the lost missions. I've just read Son of Dathomir for the second time and I have read the Kanan issues as well. Anyone with a tip which comic I might read now (want to read them in chronological order.
Haven't find any really great thread here about the not so extremely common read comics.

 

I've just finished season 5 and courtesy of Sky (which currently has the whole lot On Demand in the UK), am about to start The Lost Missions.

There are some fantastic plot lines in the series, although as with any long-running show, there are quite a few rubbish episodes.

I love how they fleshed out some of the Jedi, and they did wonders for Anakin in making him likable, which he wasn't in the PT. They managed to foreshadow his turn to the dark side, his issues with bureaucracy and have him be a badass.

 

My favorite part of his tv show is when in S:01 EP:8, they all think Jar Jar is dead.

 

I'm glad that TCW establishes that Dooku turned the dark side, killed Sifo, and erased Kamino before TPM. Dooku doing all that after TPM makes things more complicated than they need to be.

 

I'm thinking about getting the series in a DVD box set.....

It won't be on Netflix forever you know!

 

So am I the only one who wants like a series about Ahsoka between TCW and Rebels?

 

Not your not, it would be great to see her journey away from the jedi order.

 

I was just watching TCW one of the end episodes of S:5 and when Ahsoka is taken prisoner, there is a wide zoom-out shot of the prison facility and the imperial logo is plastered on...MIND=BLOWN

 

Also does anyone know if Ashoka has one green saved and one yellow saber...or is it just the animation ?

Also in season 4 when Obi-Wan is disguised as a killer with cad bane and confront count doolu then dooku doesn't even sense him...I wonder why .

 

Jar Jar is killing me on CW. Just started watching Season 1 and damn such a fool...

 

Fortunately, we don't see him much in CW. The episodes with him and Padme are flat out boring.

 

I know that clumsy fool should not have been cast.

 

I get like 5 mins into the episodes with him, and have to stop and skip to the next one. Just can't do it. I want to, just can't.

 

I didnt mind him in the movie. Wasnt that clumsy in the movie than in CW. Just gotta put up with it for now. the episode aint bad. Jar Jar is just too much in the series and its only Season 1. well im starting season 2 now.

That would be absolutely amazing. She's been a badass right from the start (TCW movie), but I want to see what she encountered to make her the Rebels badass we now love.

Nah, in TCW I find him a little more annoying than in the movie... But he's most often accompanied by some capable character, usually Padme, so it's not that horrible. Threepio is kinda worse, actually.
