    I think Han spoke the truth in plain sight. Snoke is using Kylo for his power. I think beyond Snoke's rudimentary Force Usage (telekenesis) his real Force Power (I speculate) is using the Force through others. I don't just mean manipulation (he's clearly doing that). I think whatever Force ability someone has, Snoke may have the ability to harness when they are in his proximity. Kylo could stop a blaster round, maybe Snoke couldn't. But if Kylo was nearby he could use his ability to stop it.

    It would make for an interesting confrontation with any Force User. Because what is your opponent has the ability to do whatever you can do, simply because you can do it? How would you then defeat them? Obviously this is all speculation just seemed like an interesting possible wrinkle.

    I like to think Snoke is some version of the legends character Haazen and is powered by ancient sith and jedi artifacts....that would make him neither jedi nor sith, and both powerful and vulnerable at the same time.
