She is "few years older than 15 in that ship she boarder as a stowaway, her friend is 15 and describes her as a young woman that is probably few years older.

So let say she is 18 at the time she goes to galaxy. Luke met her First time when she was 12. So let say this is 6 years later.

Let say she met Luke again at her age of 19.Luke was about 32. They worked together in establishing new Jedi order.

In those few years, love happened between them. She was much younger that he, but she was very wise for her age.

I predict she has born Rey by her age of 22, and she died at her age of 26-27, when Rey was 4 or 5.

By the will of the Force, she abandoned her own daughter on Jakku in a last moment, making all believe they both died.

Please note this is just my speculation, but I think its plausible.

When Kylo looks into Rey's mind in TFA..
so maybe Rey is imagining Aya's home world? and not Ach-To

edit: @Trevor already mentioned this.. but in reply to a quote i don't see in the OP

I slightly edited (shortened)OP from than.

Yes Aya's planet is mostly ocean with scattered islands.Just as Ahch-To.
Perhaps its Ahch-To Rey had in her dreams,but....let me try to be humoristic,,she would certainly dream of Porgs to if she dreams Ahch-To.

I believe it could be her mother's planet Lew'el.

The thing is, you don't know when it was exactly that Luke went to her planet, right? Luke could've gone there 10 years after ROTJ, meaning that (as she is 12 when Luke meets her) she would be 17 when Rey was born. The point I am making is that we have no idea how old she was when Rey was born and you're simply deciding it to back up your theory.

It could be that she is a part of the story in some way - perhaps ones of Luke's pupils that is killed by Ben. I just think that it would be prudent, given certain statements made in other threads, to be cautious before knowing all the details.

If we can learn in what year Luke went to her planet, that would be of great help to uncovering the truth of all this...

if the leak is true, Finn and Rose meet Aya in Canto Bight. when she's about 17-18 years old.
and hasn't seen Luke since she was twelve, about five or six years before, which is also when Luke went "missing" (and therefore could explain why the others on the ship say no one's seen Luke in years).

here's my spin: Luke went to Lew'el and met Aya and learned about a new way of thinking about the Force (re: balance, etc.). he picked up Ben shortly afterwards and encouraged Ben to "let the Force in". which, you know, probably wasn't a good idea for a kid with a monster in his head and powers he couldn't control--not to mention some emotional and impulse problems. they squabbled a lot. then the Vader news hit the holonet while they were at a space diner in the Gordo's system, and Ben cracked that door just a little too wide resulting in some very messy kablooey.

so, thanks Aya. you and all your floofy Force magic has gone and ruined the galaxy.

    also, you're not Rey's mother.

Kylo's jelaousy and impulse to destruct Aya could have looked like that.

Was Luke's love also a seed of destruction?

    "What girls....?!"

If Luke loved a woman, and teached Ben and others against attachments?

" You misunderstand" the stranger said.He looked at Aya, who had just walked into the clearing, and smiled at her.

    Aya smiled back shyly.

"I happened to be in the right place and the right time. I demand no payment for rescuing Aya.

I came to Lew'el to study with you because of the ancient stories I 've heard concerning your....magic."

"Stories are often untrue" said Elder Kailla. Especially if they speak of magic."

"People often call what they don't understand magic" said the stranger.

"That is why we must never stop learning"

I think that's where probably Aya died, and Luke believed he lost his wife, and daughter.

Rey was left on Jakku at least 6 years before this event.

If they are interested in telling a great, hard-hitting story, yes. But I believe these are all just more red-herrings from Lucasfilm.
    --- Double Post Merged, Nov 24, 2017, Original Post Date: Nov 24, 2017 ---
What if Luke's daughter isn't Rey, and she and his wife actually did die in the destruction? Wouldn't his relationship with Rey be even more emotionally resonant? His blood daughter doesn't need to be Rey to have this scene still work in a powerful way.
