Kylo Ren is "not a Sith" only because he has yet to complete his training.

I think - and hope - that Kylo and Snoke are not Sith, but rather the first of a new order of dark side users, free of the trappings of the Sith ideology.

I think this is the case because most importantly, it is alluded to that there is more than one Knight of Ren (Snoke calls Kylo the Master of the Knights - plural - of Ren), which would violate the Sith "rule of two".

I hope this is the case because this would be something new and interesting. A group of dark side users unbound by any sort of rules. I also sincerely hope Snoke is not Plagueis, as I feel this would undermine Palpetine's power, intimidation and overall villainy.

I think Snoke and Kylo and their other disciples are far more fascinating and intriguing as a group of unknown dark side acolytes rather than "gear up, folks, it's Jedi vs Sith round 3,561,138!"

It's an organization that you get knighted into.

 

SITH is the "ANTI-JEDI" order, and it worships the dark side like how the Jedi worship the light side of the force, with their differences being that Siths get a "name" to strip them of their "light" identity .
