Let's say that I disagree with your posted information. Based on something my source has told me.

What should be posted: My sources say different.

What is actually being posted: That's not true and your making it up.

1) Your source may be inaccurate, lying, or misleading.
2) His source may be inaccurate, lying, or misleading.
3) You may both be wrong.
4) Or there may be minor descrepecies based on interpretation or an inability to convey it accurately but because of limitations in perspective. this may seam much bigger than it is.
For example:
MSW "villains were described as Inquisitors."
TFN "Darkside user hunting Jedi is not an Inquisitor."
MSW "Well, that sounds like semantics."
TFN "Inquisitors are Debunked."
My problem here is Erik from TFN say he has debunked Inquisitors with zero revealed sources or information. Even know he may be completely right, in his statement the inability to prove his point because he can not state his source or information proving Jason wrong, is still only rumor.
Erik from TFN should just say that his source told him different instead of insisting that Jason is wrong and has been in fact debunked. These guys are suppose to be professional writers. You cannot debunk rumors with other rumors people.

 

Just speculation on the recent rumors...that's all. I have no inside information.

 

I believe this is several threads tied into one... so giving the Sith their due, something might have gotten thrown in here and gotten bumped. That being said, "source" can mean a lot of things, and we can even look at Viral and wonder if he really knows what he is saying, or just throwing weight... the proof is whether any of it pans out. I admit I have had my questions about a couple of people, only to see the artwork they describe appear as prophesied..

It was the most "out of character" scenario I could find... just in case anyone is wondering, I had a good source for this, and my dog Ginger is happy you concur...
