I don't think that either fainting or swooning are socially acceptable when I'm in class, but I darn near did so anyway.

I agree with what seems to be the most prevalent thoughts so far. As a trailer, not as good as the US one, as a source of new, beautiful, amazing, incredible, footage. Drool. All I can say is I am drooling over how this movie looks right now.

She"s not a random. I do believe believe she is Luke's daughter. She was hidden like he was for a reason to not know her identity.

She looks a lot more like Luke facially to me than either Han or Leia, that's probably the only reason I've got to say I tend to agree with you. It would be a bit random if she was a nobody. I know she say's "I'm no one" in the trailer but I highly doubt she is, personally.

 

I love how deliberately Finn says his name.
This is not just something said in passing, he very consciously pronounces it. So, even if Rey hasn't named him, but calling himself Finn is not something that is, it's a decision he made.

I think Poe coins the "Finn" nickname, now. Makes sense. Maybe he asks his name when they're escaping the Star Destroyer, Finn starts saying "FN-" and Poe's like, "Finn, great, let's get going".

 

I can't wait until Luke sits him down and says, "Kylo my boy, let me tell you all about your grandpappy's last few moments." Then we'll see Kylo stand up and scream "Nooooooooooo."

I think it was about two weeks ago I laid this exact theory out in the Rey thread. Looks like I may not be in the Epic Delusional 'Fess Up Thread of failed speculation after all.

I am already 95% certain that Kylo Ren is a Skywalker/Solo.

However, the "our destiny" could very simply just be referring to Sith, dark side, or the Old Empire. I think that Kylo Ren is someone delusional, manipulated by Snoke, and like any Neo-fascist is very invested in identity as justification. So even if he is not the grandson of Vader, he believes he is the rightful heir to Vader's destiny.

The 5% of me that thinks perhaps Kylo Ren is not a Skywalker/Solo, thinks it is possible that a delusional or manipulated Kylo Ren believes he is related to Vader when in fact he is not. Perhaps the EP8 twist will be Luke telling him, I am NOT your father.
