The movie isn't locked yet. Daisy Ridley said back in April that she talked to people that had seen cuts of the movie. Random cuts of the movie being shown to people like Steven Spielberg and Alan Horn isn't new, they did that on TFA.

That is totally not how the industry works.

 

The only people who would effectively be able to see it are the heads of the company and the LFL employees/any 3rd party post houses who have received any scenes/dailies needed to complete some additional post work. This guy wouldnt be able to see a complete movie unless it was smuggled out of the company's closed servers lol.

 

Well, that was very interesting to say the least. It didn't sound horrible, it's just kinda hard to believe that someone has seen it and is leaking it.

Not necessarily. Although I'm not a fan myself of the whole Reylo thing, it is not impossible that Rey finds out at some point that Kylo was being manipulated by Snoke into doing the deed, which may give her some empathy towards him. Depending on how it's played out, she may be the spark that will rekindle his fire towards the light.

Whoever made it up, I like this part. It's wild, unexpected and would be an interessting take on the lore, though quite forced. But there is absolutely no chance of Disney allowing a story like this. The ones we'll get will be watered down products for mass consumption, not an ambitious auter take, like this...
