RUMOR Snoke is more fearful than Palpatine

Maybe my guess at him crushing/melting Kylo's mask while it's still on his face might be true then.

 

That sounds very believable! Especially since Snoke wears gold robes.

 

It would make sense. Only someone with a fear bordering on paranoia would try to be so behind the scenes sneaky like Snoke has been doing.

 

I think Snoke is just a pawn or puppet of an even higher power, deep in the outer rim. He's been sent to gather forces as a first offensive before the power's arrival. He'll be similar to the Emperor in TOR, thousands or years old, and Snoke is grooming Ben Skywalker as this beings eventual new body. The being and what comes with him will be the new version of a Yuuzhan Vong invasion, since disney's just rehashing everything and calling it original. At least I hope that's how it goes. And the invasion/war is Episode X-XII

 

Something similar happened in SWTOR too.

 

I know. I meant the the Sith Emperor from TOR. It's a great idea and since they're just taking cues from the EU, I assume they'll take many old storylines and just rearrange timelines.

 

Oh yeah I mean this movie is a lot like my Consular's story in the game. I can see many similarities.

 

And I'd love this storyline. How great would it be if Rey learns more about the force, Ben is redeemed from worshipping the all powerful Ren and the Republic and everyone else battles the invaders. Awesome!
This all powerful force would explain why Sidious was so terrified of whatever's in the unknown regions and Snoke as well. He's scared he'll fail and be slaughtered.

 

If they do like that did in Knights of the Eternal Throne, I would be so happy! Jedi and Sith working to defeat the true evil (in this case the Resistance and FO fighting Snoke)!

 

Would be a great story to watch, all out war against something we have never seen on the big screen. I like these ideas.

Oh god please no. Please no. No Yuuzhan Vong in new canon, please. It is just WAAAAAAAAAY too Star Trek, and was by far the lamest storyline of the old EU. Blech. Sorry, and no offense at all to you, but noooooo thanks.

 

I didn't mean that the Yuuzhan Vong would be reused. I meant that the invasion force will be similar in size, method, and secrecy. But I believe that whomever Snoke's master is will be at the head of this invasion force, and Snoke is just making it easier by conning the First Order and Ben Skywalker. When Ben learns the truth, he'll be redeemed and the galaxy will unite to fight the true enemy. REN! Of course this is major speculation and fun. But I can hope.

And it's no offense. I loved the Yuuzhan Vong saga. There was so much going on and it was so extraordinary for a series like that in Star Wars at the time. But I can find something to love about anything Star Wars.

 

Could be true. I think they said there were "No Sith" in TFA. Collecting Sith artifacts doesn't make one a Sith. General Grievous collected light sabers but that didn't make him a Jedi.

 

My initial problem with the Snoke as a puppet theory is that the entire FO knows Snoke is their leader. But then again, just look at American Politics for the last 30 years and in reality its not hard to see. And yes, Im an American. Dont hate.

Disclaimer: I in no way am trying to bring real world politics into this and I am not going to engage in a discussion about that here. I am just using it as an example because imo, it can and has happened over and over again.

 

I consider Snoke dangerous because he is a good manipulator. The puppets are everyone who are a acting out what he set in motion.

 

The article and video mention IMPERIAL artefacts so not necessarily Sith. though both would be cool. If its Imperial artefactscI wonder if the urn with Darth Plagueis ashes returns.

Yupe Tashu from Empire's end is back having been burned damaged in his fall into the core of Jakku perhaps possessed by or made powerful by the Sith mask he was wearing when he was pushed over the edge.
