that's pretty much the point of it, isn't it? there's some part of Ren Ben that doesn't fully submit to Snoke. he desires a confidant who is not his mentor.

no, actually, what caused him to pray was being confronted with the challenge to deal with his own father. hence, again, it makes all the sense in the world for him to turn to the family that he willingly recognizes.

the red could be an homage to his grandpa. it still doesn't make it Sith-specific.

again, this is the point, isn't it? Ren Ben has fundamental weaknesses, first of all, and secondly, Snoke has deliberately kept him weak.
this is more obvious in the novel than in the film, but Snoke has the kid on a long leash and seems to take pleasure in keeping him in a state of turmoil.

fair enough, that's your prerogative, but they probably don't "measure up" because they're just simply not Sith and they're not going to be.

Ben Solo turned to the dark side because no one told him the truth, that his grandfather dropped the family name and joined Palpatine. Ben is copycatting Vader. He dresses like a Sith, wears a mask in homage; not for need, and worships a dead Sith.... I don't need two more movies to validate my point. Kylo fears not measuring up to the Legacy of Darth Vader. Kylo wants to be like Vader, a Sith Lord....

But we're talking in circles at this point.

Anyways, I'm off to buy the second to last Darth Vader comic. Once #25 hits the shelves, I won't have much of reason to post here anymore until the offshoot film comes out. So until then; unless I see u in the comics section, it has been fun @FN-3263827 .

 

He also has a Red light saber which is a Sith thing too...No need for a Random darksider to use Red light saber.

 

I would like to see Snoke's lightsaber if he has one, look like this.

Rax is not Snoke. Snoke will turn out to be an 'awakened one' himself very close before the happenings of VII, or 'freed' rather.

 

I think Kylo deliberately made his saber the same color as Vader's.

 

Read Life Debt again and trying to get away from the Rax is Snoke idea, than started wondering if it was Brendol Hux. It kind of made sense, then I thought, maybe I just need to wait and see what else they are going to throw at us. Blue eyes, hiding force sensitives at his academy, etc. This stuff keeps me up at night.
