Teaser trailer or full trailer, when and where?

I want to see several Imperial officers looking old school, with sideburns and all. Want to see a mesh of ship designs that look like in between technology from ROTS and ANH. I hope to see a "storming the beaches of Normandy" scene with laser blasts and ATAT walkers in a night battle. I hope to see Alderran, a reference to General Kenobi, references to the Princess, several space battles with Rebel blockade runners, Clone troopers and Storm troopers in same scene, wookies being rounded up by imperials, and end with Vader saying "there will be no one to stop us this time" and his heavy breathing.

 

Sideburns, yes! Now that would be impressive attention to detail...

I'd, .... I'd like to see Darth Vader... alive.

 

I'd like to see the following:

• A huge ground battle scene
• Some references to RotS.
• Darth Vader speaking.
• Several space battles.

 

Many many droids in use. Used as background characters and also part of the mission. For an example R4-M9 and R2-Q2 having some kind of a role stealing the Deah Star plans. By doing this the droids from The Force Awakens can be re-used in Rouge One. I know the droid in The Force Awakens has a different number(name) than the one from a new hope as seen below but I think it is an interesting theory where R4-M9 was inspired to make a repaint of the droid(doppelganger) in a memorial of his heroic acts from Rouge one. or maybe it is just reprogrammed/memory wiped to become a new droid entirely. The last theory is that theses droids are infant the same droids from A New Hope. This might sound as a bad theory as they were captured aboard the Tantive IV but really if R2-D2 can survive for so many decades I believe other droids also can too. Also just to note I don't think R2-Q2 and R4-M9 are spies. I know in legends they where but clearly you can see them being escorted out by stormtroopers alongside the rebels so yeah...

Rebel troops exiting dropships into a hot LZ, X-wings and Y-wings supporting a ground battle! Corellian Corvette. Vader!

 

Excuse my language beforehand...

BIGGS F*****G DARKLIGHTER. I may very well be wrong, but I have a feeling Diego Luna is playing him, and it would be very intersting to see how an expanded character was cut short in the original movie, and now could potentially have a major story in his life. Also, it's still canon Biggs was designated an ACE starpilot, so maybe Rogue One can show it. I'm very open to Hayden playing a very physical and strong Darth Vader, his stunts and fights in the Chinese film, Outcast, were pretty impressive. And if we see truly terrible war, where Stormtroopers are not just winning, not just destroying, but very well murdering the Rebels, well, I will be sad and yet very pleased!

 

Really really depressed and fatigued rebel soldiers. Shows us what's at stake and what the odds are.

 

If we're talking strictly about the teaser and not the full trailer, I think there should be no Vader in sight, just perhaps the sound of his breathing at the end to affirm He is Here.

And even for the official full trailer, simply show a glimpse of him or even just a shadow.

He truly needs no introduction. The thought of him is ominous enough.

It would probably be far more interesting to see the expressions of Rebels and their gritty resilience as his nearness is implied.

Beyond that, it would be great to see the Rebels preparing for their nearly impossible mission.

Maybe the climax of the the trailer will be something like this:

- CUT TO BLACK -

VO
"I will DEAL with THIS myself."

And then we see brief shots of Vader's LIGHTSABER slicing into Rebels and then Felicity Jones's character close-up with the light of the red lightsaber in her eyes ...then "Rogue One: A Star Wars Story" fades in .

 

would be interesting for sure

 

Oh, and as the title card fades in, a reprise of a The Imperial March is playing and you hear Rebel a charter for a split second like from the first teaser .

 

I want to see Hera flying alongside a few A-wing's,I would love to see Rebel trooper's fighting on Chewbaca's homeworld with Wookie's, and if Ezra survives Rebel's I want to see him block a few blaster bolts back at Stromtrooper's and then we see Sabine shooting along with some more trooper's, A planetry space battle with X-wing's Rebel blockade runner's and A-wings facing Tie-fighters
