    Okay...so today i decided to make this...
    But i used pork neck piece of meat 1.2 kg...and salt pepper and fresh rosemary as ingredients...i put a loaf of butter on top and served it with mash potatoes and leftover spinach sayce from yesterday.

    I baked the meat following your instructions....and ohmfg....it is soooooo soft...melts in mouth...like the butter it was infused with...yum

    I did make this in the crock pot (my fav tool) yesterday. Starting to feel like Fall around here and it felt appropriate. Leftovers for lunch is even better.

    Well actually technically is a slushie...lol...i go overboard with the ice...im ice junkie :D

    So 2 mangos...
    1 orange...
    1 whole lime, squeezed not sliced :p
    1 tablespoon of vanilla sugar...1/5 litre of orange juice
    Ice per taste....

    Mix in a blender...serve in summer or next to a fireplace :D

    So... @Ruralfarmboy here is the recipe
    1/2 kg of mixed minced meat (half beef half pork)
    2 dcl sour cream
    1 egg
    1dcl breadcrumbs
    3 cloves of garlic
    Salt peper fresh choped persil
    Mix all. Make balls. Put in the oven at 200-250C till ready

    Red horn paprika salad
    Wash red horn paprikas. Bake in oven at 250 for 20 min or until they soften.
    Take tray out cover with cloth until its cooled.
    Peel off paprikas and put in a bowl for salad. Spice with salt, oil, peper, chopped garlic, a bit of vinegar!

    I also made chicken soup cuz my son was sick

    I made Guinness Beef Stew in the crock pot yesterday. Sirloin, potatoes, carrots, onions and a tasty brown gravy mixed with a whole Guinness. Simple, but it sates my Irish appetite. All while drinking Guinness.
