    Damm you @Star Dude will you stop please stop post such delicious images after I have lunch as now Iam hungry. At least post them pre lunch just to wet my appetite. That lasagna looks amazing & will probably rival the one I had in. Italy were even the pasta was made fresh that morning & was absolutely heavenly.

    Just finished makin' my lunches for the work week...
    Took 3 cans of canned Salmon, melted up butter in skillet with head of garlic chopped, fried up salmon in it, added 3 chopped onion. Put that over cooked rice...
    Divided 5x ... = Lunch for the week.

    Apologies for lack of photos...my youngest daughter was helpin' me...11yr old her has a tenancy to have me goin' in a few other directions than the one I wanna be goin'...hence the lack of photography.

    Hey it could be worse I really wanted to dislike that post as that just sounds disgusting.

    Soooo...tonight's dinner is smoked wild salmon bruschette with tomato and onions salad and rucola as a cherry on top!

    No wine unfirtunatelly but Ill have a beer later...

    So...slice the bread and spread olive oil that has been spiced with garlic for the afternoon (thats fancy way for saying the oil was resting for couple of hours in the fridge with a freshly cleaned clove of garlic:D). Put it in oven on max for 10 min.

    Meanwhile slice tomato and onions, season with fresh olive oil, salt pepper and spice herbs like basil, persil etc...then assemble it on a hot crispy bruschette in layers...i put tomato salad first...salmon on it..and garnish with loads of rucola...then i normally just devour it in one move....its best way to eat it really...getting the sauce dripping all over your chin and fingers :D

    And the most cruicial thing...dont forget to wear your KR is my BF shirt while doing IT!!

    I will have to try this out. Perhaps this weekend. Looks absolutely delicious. Personally I only know 2 ways of cooking fish, deep fried and open fire, but I will learn.

    I cooked my fish...in the supermarket :D :p its bought cold smoked sliced salmon :D
    The only baking here is of the bread ...i like it hot and crispy :D

    Its soooo tasty...the tomato lets out its juices in the mix with onions (used purple one tonight) and oil...its mf heavenly in combo with the taste of smoke and salmon!
