Finally that mystery hopefully we solved.

Well she is in the casting, I'd be disappointed if she sat this one out.

When she said "that's a story for another time" it felt like a wink to the camera saying " by the comic to find out the answer".

 

when is the next trailer expected to drop? just saw Wonder Woman (wasn't terrible, but wasn't overly amazing either) and i missed the TLJ teaser

 

I'm really starting to come around to Adam Driver's point of view, that we shouldn't get any more full trailers.

It'll be tough to get through to December, but somehow I'm sure we'll manage .
And then, imagine going into TLJ knowing little more than we do now. It'd totally be worth it.

But honestly, I don't expect that to happen.

 

It's almost certainly not going to happen, but I'd love to get a little more behind "it's time for the Jedi to end".

 

Have to agree there. One one hand, I think, why spend the money. People are going to go see the movie probably without any additional trailers.. But on the other hand - studios actually make money off trailers when they are popular.

 

And no we need another trailer....while I agree we tend to be oversaturated but the teaser did nothing to generate hype for Finn or Poe. Especially Finn probably could stand to show Rose doing something and Phasma doing something badass. She needs some rehabilitation.

D23 and/or Comic Con. So mid July. More likely D23 since it comes first and is Disney's Event as for what you will see....expect another Thor Trailer, Black Panther Trailer, and Maybe Avengers Infinity War and Han Solo Teasers.

No. Star Wars trailer get released at such a moment during which they can be in a centre of attention. Such a trailer-filled period would definitely not be the best one. Besides, Black Panther gets a trailer today and it's still a bit too early for Avengers and Han Solo film - Disney releases first teaser 7 or 8 months before the premiere, so these two will get one in September or early October. I think that next teaser for The Last Jedi will be in August, just like in Rogue One's case.

They gotta show something Star Wars related at D23. Otherwise what is the point of them being there anyway.

Battlefront has a trailer tomorrow and Rebels alone doesn't strike me as big enough.

And TLJ comes out before Black Panther.

Sure, but D23 is one month away from today and one month break between two trailers for a film that comes out in February is a bit of an overkill. They are told to start the marketing push for the Han Solo film and I think that's where the bulk of the focus for Star Wars will be. Moreover, they're going to talk a lot about Star Wars Land and that is a major investment for them. Also, Two weeks may not be that much but with the throughput of content we have right now two weeks of separation is enough for people to forget about the trailers people watched just a fortnight before.

 

Teaser is not the same as a Trailer.

Look something from Star Wars needs some actual footage is my point. Be it Han Solo or TLJ. Star Wars Land alone aint going to cut it.

 

Am I the only one who would love to see Poe, Rey, Luke, and Snap kicking butt and taking names in or A-wings? Not for a long scene - I'd just love to see Luke and back in form in Ep IX.

 

Well anything is a improvement for Finn trailer wise cant get much more boring then what we got.
