    Drinkers of black gold....hey.....what is/are your favorite coffee(s)?

    I like a dark roast, so for now I am stuck on Folgers 1850 Black Gold.

    What are you drinking out there?

    Note: We have a standard 12 cup drip coffee maker, nothing fancy like a Keurig, etc.

    TEA INVADER HERE!

    Kidding, kidding! ...mostly.

    When I drink coffee (which I've had more of in the past month and a half than I've had in the past two years combined) I'm usually going for the effect. So a breakfast blend with milk and sugar. Mochas and any other flavored coffee drinks are the exception.

    I don’t drink a lot of coffee maybe 2 - 3 cups in a week & I do have one of those fancy capsule machines & milk frothier so I tend to go for the stronger blends so even with milk I can still get the smell & taste of coffee or & I never ever have sugar.

    Hey @Jaxxon Thanks! Have never heard of Raven's Brew - but they have 4 places I can buy it in Oklahoma City! I will try it out

    The "Double Dead" dark roast looks interesting....should have mentioned I like dark roast.

    I have tried the local supermarkets compatible capsules & they are ok but even the stronger ones new can taste a bit weak once all the frothy milk is added

    I L O V E COFFEE!

    It's kind of a ritual for me.
    I have one of those Retro-Espresso Machines where you have to grind the coffee yourself first. You need to find the right grain size.
    The first one in the Morning has to be a double shoot Espresso with only a tiny shot of milk. If there is time we also love to froth milk for a Espresso Macchiato.

    I also like to enjoy one in the Evening some times.

    .. I think I will start the Engine right now (r2-d2):D

    There is never ever a bad time for trinking a good cup of coffee :)

    For coffee, all I have is Folgers, but my sister has a Keurig. One of my friends makes really good coffee in his cold press when I visit him, and my grandparents always have a supply of Chickpea coffee for when our side visits.

    For tea, I'm a fan of hibiscus. I love Black Cherry Berry (it's the only food I like with any sort of cherry in it) and Stash's Wild Raspberry Hibiscus tea. Add some sugar/honey and a squirt of lemon, and you've got yourself quite the tea! I highly recommend Wild Raspberry Hibiscus if you're interested.
    Lemon Ginger tea is always good, but the stuff with probiotics tastes weird. I occasionally drink green tea too. Nothing special, just whatever we have on hand (that preferably has caffeine). Black tea is great as well. I haven't had any in a bit, but I used to have some good stuff.

    If I have more time I'm happy to grind and make all sorts of dark roasted stuff. I tend to favour Italian, Guatemalan and Ethiopean beans.
