In People magazine, Carrie said, "Han and Leia have conflict, but they stick with it. They take the trouble," Fisher explains, "The key with Harrison is taking the trouble to get past any trouble."

Is Princess Leia still the same galactic badass that she was when she and Han Solo first met? "Yes, with a caveat," says Fisher coyly, "Yes and no...and yes."

Regarding Billie Lourd, the magazine has a big picture of her next to Leia's droid while she's operating a machine. The magazine states that she is playing a "top-secret" role.

Billie Lourd's role must be important. Still wondering if she's related to Han and Leia with that identical hairdo of hers in the film. Just speculation...

Unless they take up The Skywalker name just like with James Bond...but then they'd Jump the Shark by doing that .

Do you think we'll see Leia use the force? Even if it's just something simple like a small force push/pull or a Jedi mind trick of some kind?

No. Something that she instigates more than just being receptive to. Something more proactive than reactive.

Who knows! Over thirty years have passed since RotJ. Who know's who she's been in contact with or what Kyber crystals she may have discovered. Also, if memory serves, she did have a brother who was fairly knowledgeable in the ways of the force.

“I have something coming out where there’s an amount of money that if it leaks because of me I don’t get that payment,” the actor told PC Gamer in a video posted on Thursday. “If I keep it a secret until the day it comes out, I get that payment.”

The actor who played Luke Skywalker through the franchise’s first three films (or second three, if you’re a canon tyrant) was coy about the project in question, but there’s little doubt that he’s referring to the seventh installment in the “Star Wars” series.

He went on to liken the magnitude of the secret with which he’s been entrusted to the revelation in “Empire Strikes Back” that Darth Vader is Luke’s father.

“I’m good about keeping secrets,” Hamill said. “I’m proud of the fact that I knew a year and a half before anybody else that he was actually Dad Vader. I didn’t tell (co-star) Harrison (Ford) or my wife.”

While sharing a story long known by “Star Wars” fans, Hamill recounted the secret that “Empire Strikes Back” director Irvin Kershner shared with him: “‘George knows,’ meaning George Lucas, ‘I know, now I’m going to tell you. And if it leaks we’ll know it’s you.’ Because the line originally was, ‘You don’t know the truth: Obi Wan killed your father.’ And [Kershner] said, ‘We’re going to take out that line and put in, “I am your father.”‘”

“I couldn’t believe it. I was so excited,” Hamill reminisced. “It was just a mind-boggling plot twist … Now it’s happening all over again,”

First thing we think of is "Kylo is Han and Leia's son" as being the twist.
Something that would be a very big twist and as shocking as "I am your father", would be founding out Leia has turned to the darkside.
If you remove Leia's plot armour, it is something that is very possible when you consider what has happened to her and who she is - a Skywalker.
If Hamill is referring to Kylo twist, would he calmly mention "Dad Vader"?
Notice he also says "I didn't tell Harrison or my wife". He is very friendly with Carrie Fisher and doesn't mention her. Maybe because he is thinking of the twist and so he doesn't mention the person involved in that twist?
Why would Leia turn? She doesn't have to be evil to be seduced to the darkside. If Kylo is her son and was captured, she may have been forced to join the darkside to save her son's life.
I wonder why C3PO has a red arm? I don't see any reason for it. If it got damaged, replace it. Why red?
If it's a visual clue, then there is the reason.

Thank you. Now I can relax.

    Estrangement theory debunked.

I don't subscribe to this theory, however.

Which brings me back to my theory that Han and Leia had indeed twins.
And they lost only one of them

I've never understood why people think Leia would/should become a Jedi. She's certainly capable, but that's not in her character. She is a leader, and I'm glad TFA has her doing what she does best.

Did the idea come from the old EU? Is that why it's held onto so tightly?

I think you are looking at this from the wrong perspective, it's not that she should become a jedi it's why shouldn't she? What do you mean by it's not in her character? And what does she being a leader have to do with this?
I still haven't heard any logical reason as to why she wouldn't be a jedi from the people that believe this.
The EU is certainly influential in this case, Leia has been a jedi for over 30 years in many people's mind, while that is no longer canon they are simply not going to fundamentally change her character in such a drastic way.

I want her to feel the force, but being a Jedi....maybe ofc (in my mind).

I still find a miracle seeing the old trio together.
I hope they don't waste the opportunity and they bring us something epic.

I know, I know, the new cast have to shine, it's their moment....but.....I'm here because Han, Leia and Luke.

Same here. It would be awesome to see Leia being more than Force-receptive. Maybe not a full-trained Jedi, but at least more than what she was in Return of the Jedi.
