I mean it gives a score of A to those edge of your seat classics Rocky 5 and Attack of the Clones.

You have to stop and listen to yourself.. Damage control? there is no damage. There is a very small pct% of people crying about this movie. Look at the numbers in all of the OP's glowingly credible sources. Yeah, there are no worries

Count me in on that too.. That is the exact look I had when reading the OP and some of the other ridiculous claims in this thread... so yeah, he's not alone

 

I couldn't find the whole interview yet, every website just posts the 1:03 minute version. If someone could post the link to a full version that would be great. Of course the interview is cut to make it more onesided but some of the things Hamill says are pretty clear to me like having to pretend to be a different Luke. I can't imagine any context where the things he said wouldn't make me think "what if?". Hamill has always been very outspoken about his "dislike" how Luke was handled and I appreciate his honesty. If anything this video shows what a great actor Hamill is. Delivering your best performance when you don't agree with many of the fundamental aspects of the screenplay is tough. So Kudo's to Hamill, you are my favourite role model next to Bob "the legend" Ross <3

I have seen other movies like the shape of water, jumanji and coco that got some star wars reviews in their audience reviews, some people belive that might be people making mistakes, but a lot of them? others that they are bots. Also I have seen that reviewers thas post more than 1 review with the same text and score in the audience review. So I think that for now Disney or Lucasfilm will be reviewing the situation with the issue of income to see if this reception of the audience (whether false, manipulated, true etc) can affect their total income, outside of what they already had budgeted, and for now they have not expressed themselves about what is happening

 

You mean those twitter people that were screaming out spoilers left and right? Those 1/3, 1/4 that hate it? Like they seen it...

There are a group of people who would rather read a glob of spoilers over watching a movie and Reddit is full of them and they will admit it.
