Will Rey turn to the dark side?

Yes, and a majority of people would say REy is attractive.

Even if you wouldn't the other characters do - Finn asks her about her Boyfriend minutes after meeting. He doens't know her yet, he is attracted to her physically.

Still nope. He DOES not want to hurt her or kill her hence he holds back....her ruthless charging leaves him no choice but to go down.. He likes her better (with more compassion) than vader did his own son.

If there is a branch in the way, Rey is dead at that point. Her head snaps back into the tree........there a rock on the ground her head hits when she falls......Did Kylo look before he did that? As I pointed out - many things he can do besides killing Rey.

Rey is beautiful to the point thta Finn hits on her while she is trying to make ship no explode. She ticks that box. Claiming a small scar (I've never seen/notice) it = not perfect there for not a mary sue isn't a valid argument. Her beauty, at least ot eh other characters, is evident on screen.

 

The only thing would be if Luke were responsible for her being alone on Jakku, whether it is he left her there or he killed her family and they abandoned her to save her.

 

Interesting thought. Do you think that would really phase her too much, though (at least, to make her go to the Dark Side)? I kinda had the impression that she really didn't mind Jakku that much. In fact, she very nearly went back there.

 

She wanted to go back because she was waiting for someone.
I think if she met the person who left her there/responsible for it...she might be different...

Especially if it were Luke Skywalker...you saw how her face lit up at his mention.

And I also think if she had known she was never getting off Jakku, her intentions once actually off planet would be greatly different

 

Now we are almost sure she was left there by her mother,Leia.For this her destiny was different than Ben's.Light has grown freely in her,unlike been suffocated by Snoke in her older brother.

I dont think she will turn to the darkness. At least thats what i hope. The only thing that could, though, would be her arrogance. I hope she gets over that. Cuz i hope she only uses it to mask her vulnerability and not cuz she actually feels superior to others. Even if she is better at most things.

Few things. I go by what I saw on screen not what someone spelled in a script.
She shot first. To a man unequipped with a ranged weapon. A very low blow for a hero. He defended. She flew to a tree. Fair point. (And no...she was not scared at that moment. She was angry.....aaaaangryyyyyyy)

LISTEN to him say "Han Solo cant save you now!!" Its full of despair and freaking regret. Imo...thats more directed to him than her.

He hates Finn. I can understand that. He doesnt hate her. He is perhaps pissed at her defying him. Look from the difference of how he fights him then how he fights her. There is no pounding on his wound with her to call upon pain and anger and rage.

And sorry....their fight up to the cliff...is chasing...not fighting...he wants to claim her she eludes him, defiantly. Its freaking foreplay.

The cliff. One push after her rejection and she is dead. He does not do that. After that....she finds strength within the Force, something what he is loosing grasp over himself not cuz he lost blood but because cuz his head is in turmoil after what he did to Han. And more importandly what Han did to him there on that bridge. He cant even stop laserbolts no more...or freeze people...lost his fake balance, did he?

Point is. If he wanted her dead she would be dead.

Also...what I said about her beeing great. I will tell you this. Most people can be great in so many things. But are often not not cuz they suck but cuz they cant let go of their fears and doubts. Someone who had to fight for all she achieved the hard way has no luxury of doubting herself. That is why she succeeds. And that is why Luke was failing.

Based on....any hard evidence or is this one of those "I like how this sounds so it must be true" things?

I feel like you and I have done this before.

 

I think it depends on what you believe her heritage to be.

There are some crazy rumors going around that she is a Palpatine, so maybe darkness is just an inevitable aspect of her life.

If she is a Skywalker, I would think that Luke being killed would drive her so far for revenge that she would turn.

If she was created by the force (similar to Anakin), then I think a Luke death would do the same thing.

For granted, I do not believe she will go dark, but it is clear in TFA that she has some dark feelings inside her.
