SPECULATION Your 'big twist' predictions

Maybe Vader had some other kids.
Maybe there is a Skywalker clone who was genetically altered to be the opposite gender.

 

I think one of the characters Greg Grunberg is playing will reveal that she's the mother of another character played by Greg Grunberg.

 

Finn is a clone trooper made with the DNA of Darth Vader. ( God I hope not)

 

Others have suggested this twist before, but I'll throw it out there again and explain why I think it might possibly happen.

I have a feeling Finn might turn out to be the son of Lando and Leia. Here are a few points in support of this theory:

1) Mizzlewump said the draft of the script he read features a character who is a stormtrooper and then another character who is Lando's child. My hunch is that when Boyega was cast as one of the leads, Kasdan and Abrams decided to combine both characters into one in the final draft of the script. This explanation would neatly reconcile the discrepancy between the idea of FInn being Lando's son and Abrams's claim that Finn was not expressly written for a black actor.

2) There have already been a lot of things we've seen which seem to suggest Finn possesses an unusual natural affinity for the Force. If Leia is Finn's mother, Finn will be Anakin's grandson and will have inherited his inborn abilities.

3) There's a lot of evidence Han and Leia are not together. We know Lando had a crush on Leia; so when her relationship with Han fell apart, Lando may have gone to comfort her. From there they could have become romantically involved for at least a short amount of time.

4) Kasdan and Abrams would know that most moviegoers won't be expecting a black guy to turn out to be one of the new members of the Skywalker clan. Such a twist would probably be very shocking to a lot of people in the audience.

I also seem to remember there being a rumor which claimed that Leia appears to have a special bond with FInn in the scene where the two first meet. However, I don't remember offhand where this was first reported or whether this report was considered credible. Does anybody else recall this claim?

 

Han Solo will be in Episode VIII

 

Finn's dad will be a force sensitive person who abandoned his family in line with Jedi teaching to let go of all your loved ones and family in order to not fall victim to the fear of losing them. Finn's dad does this to follow Luke who is attempting to revive the Jedi order ever so slowly. This abandonment will cause Finn to initially resent the Jedi teachings and attracted to the FO and seeing his inherited force abilities he is taken under the wing of Captiam Phasma. But Finn can't stomach the FO actual doctrine and eventually switches sides. Even his resentment of the Jedi is turned during Ep 7. There is a beginning of a romance between him and Rey. That is until we find out in Ep 8 that Luke had to kill Finn's dad as he had fallen to the dark side which again cause Finn to relapse into a hatred of the Jedi. This hatred and thirst for revenge on Luke causes him to want go after Luke and his bloodline and at the time his only surviving relative will be his daughter Rey. Thus Finn will attempt to hunt her down and kill her. In the midst of getting his revenge something will happen or some new piece of info will bring him back from the brink of being unredeemable in the eyes of the audience.

 

It will come to light that Finn is actually Lando's father's brother's nephew's cousin's ex roommate, twice removed and adopted by Mace Windu's ex brother in law's half jedi brother's daughter's son's college lab partner.

Prediction: Kylo is Han and Leia's son and Rey's brother/half brother.

 

Could be why Finn will be adept at using the light saber!
