Honestly have not seen Driver in action (yeah I know I live under a rock) until now.Saw the movie This is where I leave you now.He made a good impression on me.I had doubts before that he would be all to Shaggy like (shaggy from scoobi doobi doo)for a villain.Hard to take serious and so on.But he might pull it of.

 

His performance in Frances Ha is muted but good. Inside Llywen Davis is mostly an Oscar Isaac vehicle but Driver is good in it too. Besides that I don't really know how he does in Girls since I prefer Greta Gerwig to Lena Dunham and I take that invented rivalry to an extreme

You're right, and it's the reason most block buster films lack that complicated edge to not scare off them sheeps, erhhh, I meant average viewers.

Is it just me or has anyone else thought about the possibility of Adam Driver playing Ezra all grown up in TFA?? I know thats seems like a big assumption but the more that we learn about Ezra (and his personality, ingenuity, emotions, etc.) throughout the show, the more I see this turning into a legit possibility. Let me explain my thoughts on this situation:
- His ingenuity: In the series Rebels, Ezra construct a one of kind, very untraditional saber that double both as a sword and as some kind of a blaster. In TFA trailer, we see another one of a kind lightsaber that resembles a renaissance type sword. While it's a stretch, we see that Ezra has the ability to make your not so traditional kind of lightsabers.
-His personality/emotions: In the show Ezra is portrayed to be this vision of hope for the rebels, but as the series goes on, I continue to see signs of him doing thing that will eventually drive him down the wrong path. Anger and rage is displayed towards Tseebo on "Empire day", his Fear is able to match The Inquisitor's power in "Gathering Forces", "Path of the Jedi" gave us a glips of the crazy/confused stuff going on in his head (Similar situation too the one Anakin was in regarding his mother and Ezra's missing parents), and most recently at the end of "Vision of Hope". Did you see that look he gave Trayvis after betraying the rebels, Ezra, and his family?? It was a quivering stare full of anger, hatred, and evil thoughts. It just seems like Filoni and his guys keep throwing suttle little hints at us right under our noses.
Did i forget to mention, Ezra looks very much like a boy version of Adam Driver!?!?
After everything that I have read regarding TFA (and knowing that Rebels and SWTFA we be somehow intertwined), it seem like Disney will draw from many of the original concepts to complete this new saga. More specifically the story and path of the villain. In the originals and prequels we see a kind, loving young boy (Anakin) that is transformed into an evil sith lord, and eventually restored back to the lightside upon his death. As of now it seems like Ezra is taking on a similar role of Anakin, who we've seen could behold some of the same power/strength as Vader. Who knows, maybe Ezra will follow down a path much like Anakin, only to be brought back good at the end of episode 10??...

It's defiantly an interesting thought to ponder as these suttle clues cant just be coincidence. I guess only time will tell.
