What will be in your opinion the biggest plot twist of Episode VIII ? Something related to Snoke or the Force? Rey's parentage? Death of a beloved character like Luke or Leia? Or something else?

One of the possibilities in my opinion is that the biggest plot twist will be that Rey becomes evil and Kylo/Ben becomes good, towards the end of the movie.

Everyone expects Rey to be the new Luke/Anakin character (possibly also a direct Skywalker descendant).
The plot twist that no one will expect will be when Rey goes dark and Kylo/Ben returns to the light.
Kylo seems so evil in first movie especially after killing Han.
Rey seems like the nicest person ever in the Star Wars saga. (if you remember even Luke was kind of an assh**e when he first learned about the Force and stuff)
They set the characters up so perfectly.
If you watch closely you will notice that Kylo hates killing and whines about it everytime he does do it.
If you watch closely you will notice how easily Rey gets angry especially when fighting Kylo. The script (and the novelization) says she wants to kill Kylo (she also hears some voice that tell her to do that) but Kylo isn't fighting to kill her.
So there's a big chance that they are going to flip, probably near the end of next movie.

Another possibility is that Rey is really Vader's granddaughter (as John Williams music suggests) and the big plot twist will be the reveal that Luke is her father or Han/Leia are her parents, but that will be in my opinion too much of a clichè and even too predictable and expected, especially in the Luke is the father case.

Rey's abandonment on Jakku will be the biggest plot twist. Another big plot twist could be the real reason of Ben's turn to the dark side.

Biggest plot twist - Luke is already dead! "I see dead Jedi."

When you think about it, there is a lot of evidence to support this theory. There is... um... uh... Well, ok, there is absolutely no evidence to support this, but who cares!

The biggest plot twist I could see is that Luke wants to kill Rey. Why, I don't know. Kylo Ren hid Rey on Jakku to protect her from Luke. I think it is clear in TFA that Kylo knew Rey was on Jakku by how he reacted and how his voice changed when he was told a girl helped BB-8 escape from Jakku. Then Luke disappeared. Kylo is searching for Luke because he wants to kill Luke before Luke finds and kills Rey.

Now that I think about it, a bigger plot twist would be that Luke actually killed all of his Jedi students himself after getting twisted by the dark side.

I think there is just about zero chance of either of these happening, but it is interesting to think about.

Honestly, I have no idea what it could be. I don't think that a huge twist is necessary, but I do think that Rey's parentage will be revealed whether that has any real significance or not. They can't replicate the power of the twist from Empire so I'd be fine if there wasn't one at all.

With the rumors about Rey being the reincarnation of Anakin, I have been thinking about this scene:

Rey: "Luke, I am your father."
    Luke: "What?!"
    Rey: "And your daughter."
    Luke: "What?!"
Rey: "I am your father, and your daughter. It's complicated."
    Luke: "Yooooodaaaa!"

The Force will be exposed as a non-renewable resource that has to be conserved using responsible ecofriendly alternatives - sucking out all the fun and making children everywhere sad.
Luke: Ben, why didn’t you tell me?
Obi-Wan: Yeah, sorry about that. It’s just . . . well . . . I’m kind of having a hard time wrapping my head around this too.

I think you are both right, in a way. The OT can actually be very well explained by the idea that Luke has always been insane and has been the only one who sees dead Jedi (Force ghosts).

I propose that Blue Milk is actually hallucinogenic and that Luke has always had an addiction that has caused him to degrade into mental illness. Just like that crazy little green Muppet from whom he took some advice...

EDIT: And I don't find it in any way odd that @Bluemilk has rated this as "Wise." It all but confirms my theory!

I don't know if I like the idea of Luke killing all of the Jedi, but it might be interesting to have him gone a little loco since then, from the grief and guilt.

Imagine Rey handing over the lightsaber, the final shot of the previous film as the opening of Ep8. As she approaches him, Luke pulls out his green saber, and Rey has to deflect it with Blue. She manages to hold him off for a few seconds, before either loosing her footing on the cliff and escaping, or somehow snapping Luke out of his episode.

Could be Luke is traumatized after finding his charbroiled foster parents and now simply imagines his loved ones ‘disappearing’ when they die.

This is me pouring my hopes and dreams into a post. I haven't yet read Lifedebt and some of the other canon, so I am certain I may find evidence that disallows this... but here goes my ideas for a twist (not necessarily THE twist).

Who dropped Rey off (or perhaps arranged it) on Jakku? Han Solo.

Who has always stayed nearby to be able to protect her? Han Solo.

Who told Maz everything when she asked "Who's the girl?" Han Solo.

Who's plan was this? Luke and Han Solo.

Who do we love? Han Solo.

Rey walks up to Luke, he pauses and says "Rey, none of this is real. Wake up!"
And it's just Anakin watching Padme, Qui Gon and Obi Wan leave Tattooine after realizing training him would be a horrible idea and he sees why. He just imagined it all as to why they wouldn't train him. Episode 9 starts the hard reboot of the SW Saga films.

Don't forget the emotional and mental trauma of having the only girl you ever fell in love with turning out to be your sister... Even Carrie Fisher, who knew well about mental illness, discussed how traumatic that would have been. :p
