    Kind of disappointed by the lack of no Batman solo film but heck I guess its time for some more of DC lesser known characters to have some spotlight. Really excited for Aquaman.

    Yeah I read that on comicbookmovie.com but I would love to have a date ironed out. Scarecrow for the main villain if it ever happens.

    We already had Scarecrow in Batman Begins. I want a new character or one that hasn't been done yet, I would like the Riddler (not Jim Carrey) or Mr. Freeze (not Arnold)

    Scarecrow was an underused part of Batman Begins. He just turned out to be Ghul's lackey but I think that the character has a lot more potential than what has been given to him. The Arkham games have used him beautifully and I think the movies would be wise to do the same. Riddler and Freeze would be awesome too!

    Hugo Strange needs to be in the new Batman movie. Given that they're finally bringing Batman's detective skills back to the forefront after focusing mostly on action, I think Strange would make the perfect intellectual opponent to the Dark Knight. Throw in a couple of lesser-known criminals in Bats's Rogue's Gallery that don't require too much narrative focus (Killer Croc, Black Mask, Mr. Zsasz) and you'd be set.

    I just hope that they'll re-introduce Joker in the right way. From what rumors I've heard, Robin was killed (presumably Jason Todd; I'm guessing that they'd keep going with the A Death In The Family route and have the Clown Prince Of Crime be the one to do him in), leading to Batman to hang up the cape and cowl in despair before outside events call for his return. This works perfectly well from a narrative standpoint, considering that they're basing this Batman on the one from The Dark Knight Returns (albeit less of a sociopath and more stable). Incidentally, that comic also involved Jason Todd dying - a whole two years before it happened in the canon.

    The lovely and talented Ms. Jena Malone is probably going to be our new Robin in Dawn of Justice. An extra leaked her role and various major news sites are now reporting she indeed has a part.

    A female Robin? They really are going forward with (sort of) adapting The Dark Knight Returns.

    I do hope that Daniel Radcliffe gets to play one of the previous Robins, though - preferably one that isn't six feet under by the time this movie comes out. I think he'd make a great Nightwing.

    My number one pick for Grayson was Adam Driver about a year ago but he got some other gig you may have heard of. I love Jena and glad she got the part but I hope Nightwing is featured in some capacity.

    I typed Grayson's first name and I got edited and it said laser lol.

    Blast! I thought I was going to be breaking this news! :oops:

    Anyway, since The Dark Knight Returns is my favorite iteration of Batman I love this move! At work I had cast Chloe Grace Moretz, BUT Jenna Malone was in Suckerpunch with Snyder so this totally makes sense. I always thought the female Robin was a very daring and edgy way to go.

    Those are from the Nolanverse, not the DC Cinematic Universe. The only movie set in the DCCU that's come out so far is Man Of Steel.

    Although I liked some scenes with the Joker, I liked the other two Batman movies better. My favorite is probably the Dark Knight Rises followed Very close by Batman Begins

    Yeah I have always loved the white eyes. We sort of got them in The Dark Knight when he starts using his sonar phone thing. But yeah seeing him in his Dark Knight Returns armor on top of the glowing eyes is beyond awesome.

    The teaser was cool It seemed like both Batman and Superman were on the roof, Why was Superman there? It looked like all Batman was doing was turning of the Bat-Signal. What do think that scene was all about?
