    Same, cracked me up!

Favourite extended bit is the part of the Ren Rey duel where he's chasing her back towards the cliff edge as a haunting version of Kylo Ren's theme played. Beautifully shot scene and reminds me of the NEVAAAAR part of the ROTJ duel

My turn, the first meeting between Finn & Rey, when BB-8 see Finn wearing Poe's jacket, Rey gives him that look before chasing him until he gets his stormtrooper butt owned by her staff.

I LOVE the scenes that TOUCH my heart. There are two.

I)The one when Maz tell Rey that she already know the true...That the family she are wait for will not come back.Is hard to wait for someone and that someone NEVER is coming.
2)When Kylo kill his father....That one HIT me very hard.

    Cool, mine would be:

    1. The interrogation scene-Both Daisy and Adam Driver bring it in that scene (it's hard to make what is essentially took actors making intense-looking faces at each other for most of it with little dialogue, look good. But this movie pulled it off). I love how it goes from creepy and menacing, to awesome and badass in such a short time and shows just how strong and determined she was. Also, it completely justifies her being captured this early on for

    2. The "day in the life of Rey" montage-Such beautiful directing and cinematography (Mark Kermode compared it to Lawrence of Arabia, in terms of visuals, which is quite the compliment indeed). Also a master stroke in non-verbal storytelling. It tells you everything you need to know about who Rey is, what her life is like, and even what some of her thoughts/dreams are. And for most of it, Daisy doesn't say a word, it's all in her facial expressions, physical performance, and the other visuals.

    3. The duel-That was just epic, and the cinematgrophy was amazing. I love how gritty and raw it was, and again both Daisy and Adam brought it acting-wise. Plus it sets up some potentially intriguing possibilities moving forward for both Rey and Kylo's characters.

    4. The scene when Han offers her a job-She idiolizes him and looked so thrilled at the prospect of that (plus the surrogate father/daughter thing that they were building), which makes her turning him down for what is basically a pipe dream all the more telling about her state of mind.

    5. The last scene-The old hero meeting the new, so epic, so poetic, and even downright mythic. Oh and JJ Abrams being the father of all teases.

Very hard to pick just one as everyone else has said, but when we meet Rey and her life.

When we are introduced to Han and Chewie. Everytime I've went and seen TFA it gets the biggest reaction single everytime.

    Every scene Kylo is in.

    The flashback and the duel

    The ending with Luke.

The part of the movie I enjoy the most after repeated viewings is the stretch from when the group arrives on Takodana until Rey goes running out of the castle - which is too long to really be considered a scene, but what can I say, I cheat at games.

That little nose crinkle Rey makes at the end of that coversation is adorable.

My favorite? Probably when they reveal the Falcon. The first time I saw that, I was NOT expecting it in the slightest, and it was a perfect subversion.

I like that Rey didn't know that it was the Falcon, which makes total sense to me. Unlike in our reality, where the image of the Falcon is a piece of pop-culture and is simply referred to as "the Falcon" whenever it's seen, it's just one of a common freighter line in the Star Wars universe. YT-1300s are like common cars from the '80s. Old enough to be past its prime, but too new to be "vintage". It makes the galaxy feel so much more real, and less like a shower of fanservice like what I was afraid of it being.

The Kylo/Han confrontation. The symbolism in the way it's shot. The acting. And my God when Han shouts "Ben!" I get chills every single time. Seen the movie 6 times and that scene only gets better to me every time. Han just saying the name of his son like that, and that being the reveal of the name was just absolutely perfect. And when he brushes his sons face one last time after he stabbed I'm right through the chest, chilling.

I also liked the bb8 thumbs up lmao

always disappointed when people say they didn't like this scene or that they didn't feel emotion.. i've seen it 4 times now and it hits me every single time. harrison and adam were excellent in that scene. when/if we find out more about their relationship in episode VIII, that scene will become even more gut wrenching..

I only saw the film one time so far, but....

I liked BB-8's clever "flick your bic" response to Finn's thumb's up. :)
I also liked how Rey's eyes turn dark briefly as she fights with Kylo "Ben" Ren.
I enjoyed how JJ & Kasdan snuck in the Falcon smuggling bins. ;)
The X wing squad going low across the water was impressive.

Maz was a great character but her scenes seemed cut up & distorted. :(

youve pinpointed my problems with that scene in your comment. we have to wait until VIII to get any context on that relationship, and because of that the scene falls flat. we needed one scene with kylo & han before that. the whole "we lost our son" scene just wasnt enough :/

I guess to narrow it down to five scenes total:

    1. The Kylo-Rey interrogation scene.
    2. Rey's life on Jakku montage.
    3. The Kylo/Han confrontation.
    4. The final duel in the snow.
    5. The last scene on Skellig Michael.

Lots of great responses here. My favorites have probably all been mentioned but...

When Finn is convincing BB8 to tell them where the Resistance base is (AKA the "thumbs up" scene) was just so lighthearted and funny. Finn saying "Droid, please!" and then BB8's thumb up made me laugh out loud. That's when I said to myself "Star Wars is back!" and started breathing a little easier.

EVERY scene with Kylo Ren, but specifically Rey's interrogation scene with Kylo Ren was a standout to me. I can't believe how much Adam Driver was able to convey even through the mask, but having him take it off unexpectedly was shocking. I thought they would save that for when he confronted his father. And what did he mean when he told Rey "Don't worry, I feel it too." Feel what? The whole scene felt very loaded with meaning and emotion.

Okay Ren and Han Solo on the bridge was a great scene too. You knew what was going to happen but it didn't make it any less tragic. And Adam Driver made that scene work so well when he said "I'm being torn apart". You could feel that he loved his father but hated himself for it. Wow!

The intro scene in Maz's castle was great too. It captured the wonder of Star Wars with all of the weird creatures. And even that reggae-ish song was perfect Star Wars to me. I wanted to stop and look at every single table, every single person, even though Han specifically said not to!

Just one? But this film hit me so hard.
Me, my family and basically the whole damn theatre were like
    [IMG]

    when the film ended.

The one scene that I think was an instant classic is Han and Ben on the bridge. I believe in years to come this is the scene that will pop up in my head first when someone mentions the film. Packed more of a punch than any cg enhanced parkour lightsaber duel.
What Driver and Ford do in that scene is just so great. Gripping stuff. Old school quality acting right there. In fact the entire cast was stellar.

(Also; the Falcon taking off, snow flying of the hull, with the starkiller base starting to explode around it sent shivers down my spine. When you then see Poe's x-wing flying right behind them,... big grin right there. Or that puppet alien vulture bird Rey passes on her speeder, or, ....)
