    Most of my life I had dreamed of seeing that Obi Wan vs Anakin duel we finally got in RotS.
    I think I want to see Ahsoka confront Anakin/Vader even more. It has to happen.

    I believe the pauses we are getting now are because there aren't many more episodes left in this season. I believe there was a blog post talking about how many more episodes they did voice recordings for in season 2. If they didn't put the pauses in we would probably be done with season 1 already.

    Counting "Call To Action", either four or six episodes have yet to be televised. Simon Kinberg said the season would have sixteen episodes, so how many we have left to see depends on if they're counting "Spark Of Rebellion" as either two episodes or a movie.

    For what it's worth, I think the next break we're going into is going to be the last one.

    Didn't an official source says that the "shorts" count as the first production episode and the movie was 2, leaving just 13 for the regular season?

    The shorts do make up a whole episode by production numbers - I'm not sure how they're measuring this, though. If you counted the shorts and the movie as three episodes in total, you still have one left to make the full sixteen. I don't think they're counting the shorts as a full episode, even if it was a part of the production numbering.

    The way the Tarkin episode wrapped up, I could see there being a few more episodes left in the season rather than just one.

    Well, at least this way you're more Alexander than Alexis.... :)

    I just don't get all the breaks, still. I mean, is it a scheduling thing? Has anyone checked what's on the XD channel to see what's on when Rebels is on one of its many breaks? Or are they, as it has been said before, just milking it out as long as they can to keep people hyped about TFA all year?

    They're not milking it, that I can assure you. But I think they're taking breaks to put the finishing touches on some episodes, and that they might want the finale to air on a specific date (my guess is that they're trying to get the Kanan comic out during the beginning of the break). The first season should wrap up by March - and given that they'll be ready to show the premiere of the second season in April, I wouldn't be surprised if the wait for the next season isn't too long.

    I think they are spending their time on season two right now. I think the bigger reason is they don't want too big of a gap between the season 1 finale and the season 2 television premier.

    If Ahsoka is indeed Fulcrum (or at least part of the organization known as FULCRUM) - as many (including myself) have speculated for some time - I think it's a valid inference that Ventress will appear on the show soon as well. When we left these characters in Clone Wars, they had been working together and it would be great to see that an on going work relationship has developed between the two. I would love to see Ventress as a proponent in the Rebellion. The new book coming out in July featuring her and Vos leads me to suspect she will appear eventually. But in what capacity? Who knows? Looking forward to season 2 though!
