    I'm not usually this blunt, but IMO, this is absolutely crazy, entirely unlikely, and will never happen. :D But if it turns out to be true as you describe it, I'll transfer you 3,000 credits or something. ;)

    I've often wondered why there was a huge release of energy when Vader threw Palps over the rail. Perhaps he did become pure energy and has since possessed another body. Not Vader's, but maybe something or someone else.

    I always saw Plagueis as an opportunity to tie up Prequels & Sequels.

    Let's assume Snoke is Plagueis.
    Now here are some questions for you:

    - How does this fact impact Darth Sidious-Palpatine's character from the PT and OT? Is he then diminished? Now seen as the apprentice sorcerer instead of this almighty villain, most powerful dark lord of the galaxy?
    - By ricochet, how does his impact Darth Vader & Luke characters? Is Vader's sacrifice diminished in any way?
    - Yoda can feel Leia might be a sleeping Jedi but not able to feel that Plagueis is still alive?
    - Plagueis the wise losing his temper over a BB-unit? Because one Jedi is still alive? Why didn't he make his move when all Jedi were extinct?
    - Where is he been hiding for the last 65 years? It's a lifetime. Doing what? Building the Starkiller base? Being on vacations?

    The ST itself "diminishes" Palpatine and Vader by definition, as it means it isn't all about them. Having Plagueis be Snoke would however reduce this as Sidious would've already have "defeated" Plagueis at some point.

    It enhances it. If a story has to be told here (which it is), then please continue the Vader story. Have it be about how the "Skywalker curse" won't ever be lifted until "their creator" is destroyed.

    He knew about Leia. He never knew about Plagueis. Or Sidious for that matter.

    Sidious took him out many years back. He has been in the shadows since then waiting to fulfil his own plans - recovering from his injuries and just about surviving by living off of the Dark Side.

    Hidden away, in recovery until his rivals are all but dead and he has the chance to strike.

    Dang it, EVERYBODY has it wrong... I just heard from the cousin of a sister of a girl who used to work in catering at a restaurant Kathleen Kennedy walked by in 2015 that PABLO HIDALGO is Snoke! I can't believe none of us realized or worked it out, it's so obvious in hindsight! :eek:

    So, what about Vader's burnt old body rising form the ashes, possessed by Palpatine's Sith version of a force ghost? No? Any takers? Lock it up. Plagueis is Snoke.
