I have noticed that Baylon character has a hilt with small crossguards like in High Republic?
I bet that they came out through the World Of Worlds or somewhere from Unknown Regions...
they might be some Jedi survivors (or Baylon at least) from canon version of Outbound Flight.

I can't wait! Mando S3 was quite underwhelming for me, but new and juicy stuff can't come any sooner.

 

I take wikipedia with grain of salt, but the characters were updated a bit:

Baylan Skoll: A former Jedi who survived Order 66 by fleeing into the Unknown Regions, who is a master to Shin and ally to Thrawn.

Shin Hati: Baylan's apprentice, who is a dark force user and wields a lightsaber, and is ordered by Baylan to go after Ahsoka.

If true, this is close to the Outbound Flight and World of Worlds will probably have different influence on the story.

 

Also there was a second Ahsoka trailer, but only for Celebration.
Of course was leaked too.
The interesting part is not the visuals, but the sound of the trailer. Definetly gives to think about something important. As I still don't know how to make spoiler marks, I will leave it here XD

I mean, is something people is talking already, with the first trailer, cause seems clear. But the second trailer seems enforce this idea.

the sound of second part of the trailer is clearly prominent ticks from a time object, like a clock or time mechanism. So the world between worlds maybe will have a huge importance in the show. And is quite exciting

 

Sometimes things are hard to wrap one's head around until it finally clicks, and then it's supe easy. You did it right, mate!

And yeah, as for your spoiler-tagged insight: Oh, man, I did not catch that at all! That is very interesting

If true, I'm alright with this. Sometimes the simple answer is the best one and this could make for some interesting character interactions with Ahsoka being an Order 66 survivor herself.

Though with things like cloning and gene-splicing coming up in the most recent season of The Mandalorian, and Mount Tantiss being introduced in The Bad Batch, I wonder if they're actually clones of Jedi that went by the same names?

Their names mean guilt (I think) and hate, and indeed they hunt the sun (goddess) and moon (god) -- i.e. the main sources of light -- across the sky.

In her Star Wars Celebration LIVE stage interview, Ivanna Sakhno (Shin Hati) mentioned how she hopes that the audience will recognize the humanity in these characters' darkness (or something to that effect), so they are definitely dark-siders

And we all know that Dave Feloni is obsessed with wolves

 

Perhaps a similar scenario to what we're seeing play out in Jedi: Survivor then?

 

That would make a good story, especially since it would seem like Baylan survived Order 66 and then went off into the Unknown Regions and trained Shin since she seems too young.

I get it with this idea and tying into C'Baoth from Heir to the Empire, but I think that would just further muddy the already very muddy water that cloning is becoming across the Galaxy. If there is already a known method for cloning Force-Sensitives, then why all the fuss with Pershing and Grogu?

 

If, if, they go down this route, I would expect something akin to The Force Unleashed II and/or Heir to the Empire, where they have some sort of physical defect (Galen Marek clones) or mental instability (Joruus C'Boath).

Though between the two options, the more I think on it, Baylan being a survivor of Order 66 would make for a better narrative.

 

All of this cloning talk is madness. I love it.


Leaves open the door for Lord Plagueis to return; make another Anakin from scratch, and finish what Palpatine screwed up.
