This is exactly the way we’re heading with Phasma I think.

Phasma was fond of FN-2187 and even something like his protégé (or I do mis-remember “Before the force awakens”)

She was designed as a blue print of an early Boba Fett, incl. the cape and way she was holding her gun when strolling down the corridor.

With Finn such a big let-down from her point of view, she will either go (bounty) hunting after him on her own account to take revenge, or as part of the redemption because of her role in the Starkiller blow-up.

I hope her honor will drive her not to let the crimes of the traitor Finn and his ilk go unpunished.

 

I hope Finn gives her a funny reminder of her time the starkiller base garbage, that will get her riled up.

 

Luke will be like"I can relate, baby"

 

That would be a good idea for a Finn scene, her maskless face staring at him saying, who's in charge now!!!!

 

I was thinking Captain Rae Sloane would have turned into Captain Phasma after the events of the Battle of Jakku.

It would make her about 70 yrs old when The Force woke up.

Wonder how long she could have lasted as a cybernetic human had that been the case? Robocop style.

Wonder how long Vader would have, had he not been defeated in ROTJ...

 

Or she could be a compelte humanoid android thing but that would be oo "real-world" .

 

they all look human so the assumption is that they're as xenophobic as the Empire was, but Snoke isn't human, so that wouldn't entirely make sense.
and would they really only steal human children for their stormtroopers?
and maybe i've just been reading too many really [and i stress really] weird fanficts, but sometimes i think Hux isn't what he seems to be. was Brendol's kitchen maid human? did Imperials only have human servants?

i like the idea of Phasma being Chiss. that's interesting.

 

yeah ~ that could be kinda cool; all the more reason Phasma chews Finn out for removing his helmet.
i kinda would hate to think the FO hasn't outgrown at least the worst of the Empire's xenophobia.

I thought that the fo HATES non-humans.

 

we have no actual evidence of that at this point.

 

I like the idea of Phasma having to ditch her FO armor, and either going around maskless or in a new full suit. For example, there could be a whole introductory scene, with or without a mask, where she's a mysterious character surveilling Finn or chasing someone down to get information, and it's not until she speaks that we realize who she is (similar to Leia's entrance/reveal in Jabba's palace).

 

i guess i'm saying i hope they realize that was a stupid shortcoming.
from appearances it seems like they've maybe adopted this attitude, but we don't have confirmation yet.

and i still think Hux is just asking to sprout tentacles or a third eyes or something weird ~ hahaha
