    Han was suprised to recognize Luke in Rey's face. The same with the final scene, where Luke and Rey are both surprised to see other versions of themselves. Rey is probably a clone of Luke (from his cut off hand), that's why she has never had a real father.

    Wasn`t there a scene in the novelization where Han wanted to tell Leia something before going to SB? IIRC, the corresponding scene on the leaked call sheet was "Han tells Leia that Rey is worth saving".

    Han has at least two off-screen conversations about Rey. One with Maz Kanata, and another with Leia. Leia briefly mentions to Finn that she and Han talked about her.

    well that's just not accurate. there's no indication of what those conversations say.
    and if anything, the implication is that those conversations aren't important, not that something is being hidden by omitting them.

    no one cares about "the girl" in any particular way other than her being a plucky scavenger.
    only Maz and Ren see her as something more because they are FS as recognize the spark in her ~ and even Ren is a little slow on the uptake.
    Maz catches on faster because she sees Rey's connection to the lightsaber.

    We don`t know that, since it was offscreen. Besides, the name "Rey" probably woudn`t mean much to Leia anyway.
    The script and call sheet indicate what the filmmakers intended to portray, regardless of how much made it to the screen. Maybe those scenes were removed for making it too obvious/spoilerific.
