    Ok, I'll backpedal and take a harder look at how things have actually worked out. I will say I did not enjoy the Sequel Trilogy and do not much like the characters. However I promise you that I do not watch Mike Zeroh and have had him figured out for quite a long time. Good God. I don't know how he has the energy to waste making those awful videos, looking right into the camera like he thinks everyone's stupid.

    Consider me re-educated, at least for now.

    Oh, yes! Actually, MZ has Kathleen Kenedy being fired again by Disney a mere two hours ago (at the time of writing this). And yes, I looked him up, which I will probably regret...


    Another youtube content creator I'm following told a "full disclosue" anecdote some months back, and it is quite interesting. Appearently, there are loads of "talent scouts" scouring the YouTube looking for potential angry-posters to groom into big-numbers hate-mongery creators. My dude had written a scathing review of... some obscure movie I can't even remember the name off, and the "talent scouts" found it. They offered him good industry standard money to enter a partnership where he would produce X number of hate vids each week; the content wasn't important, only the clickbait hatemongery stuff which brings in the views and likes and whatnot. In other words, Mike Zeroh does this nonesense because it is (in all likelyhood) his actual job, like a company contract type of job, and in that respect it is probably not any worse of a job than any other soul crushing work one can do for money. Sad stuff, really... :(

    SOLO is like riding in a van with 7 friends on the way to a baseball game. A fun time is there to be had by all. Go enjoy the game.

    R1 was on par with the OT, so more accolades are not required.

    TBoBF is bloatware on my Star Wars phone.

    Yea this ain't at all about Mike Zero's tabloid posts. Why even mention him? He's irrelevant. GL sold star wars, put her in charge and now it's to the point where if anyone speaks out on her screw ups that person is not a legitimate fan or a troll .

    I believe KK will depart LFL when she is good and ready... it all boils down to muni in Hollywood and some of her worst films have made over a billion dollars. The only film that took a massive hit was Solo which is garnering a cult following under KKs regime. I'm not a fan of KK but you gotta look at her track record some would be bold enough to call her the G.O.A.T. ... HAHA

    You are so right, I'm embarrassed to say I used to watch his channel years ago... then it clicked, this guy is completely nuts... the only time ZERO is actually remotely right is a few days before the content is released, or right after, other then that everything is completely made up. He truly lives in a galaxy far, far, away.

    She's certainly not beyond criticism, as none of us are. But you've got to at least recognize the double-standards:

    When fans are in an uproar, it's all her fault. She's to blame. Clear as day it's just that simple.
    When fans like something, she's not mentioned. It's all Favreau and Filoni, or some other writer or producer or director who deserves the credit. Someone who surely, as the president of LFL, Kennedy absolutely had no part in hiring or bringing in or coordinating.....

    I like her contributions but I'm not just going to sit here and be doiii when she screws up....which is more than not when it comes to sw. The best thing she has green lit is RO and FF. Just because she's great at what she does, which she is, doesn't mean she didn't drop the sw ST ball which she did. Okayyy. We all make mistakes. The sequel trilogy was her biggest. I'm not bitching, I'm voicing honestly. I'm not in the click.

    I just want to know who the perfect producers/creators who are without fail? Star Wars is doing fine. There's plenty of content for everyone. That's her job and she's doing it well.
    I'd take her 5 Star Wars films in 5 years over George's last 3 films. Not even a hesitation. If you want to know why there's resistance to your POV it's because the idea that "she screws up....which is more than not when it comes to sw" isn't shared by most people, but it's a super popular topic on the faux outrage algorithm.

    Also... can we not turn this into another debate about previous films and Kennedy? I want to speculate about where they're going and not where we've been. This is thread to discuss the next films.

    I get it, the ST has its problems, but I feel they were still extremely well-made. Questionable storylines? Sure, some of it. But that's still just our opinions. Whether they were a mistake is not a fact, just as it's not a fact whether RO is better than TFA or Solo or TROS or Mando or whatever. It's still all subjective.

    For what it's worth, I personally love the ST movies as a whole almost as much as I do the OT, (and one of them I hold highst of all SW films), and I cannot wait to see where the story goes from there. I have many ideas of what they could do -- ranging from the small "X-Y-Z out on new fun little adventures" to full on "OMG we need to save the Galaxy again, this time from Thrawn, but on the pluss side we have Grogu in our corner" -- but I am sure LFL will outdo anything I could ever imagine :D

    I love Star Wars and I love the ST. Some things in Star Wars aren't entirely my cup of blue milk, but the ST definitelly is.

    Rey is my favorite character of the ST, it would be amazing to see her become a seasoned Jedi, cameo codenamed: Fulcrum.

    I'm actually not sure who my favorite ST character is -- well, except for Luke in TLJ, which was mind-boggling levels of perfection -- but Rey sure is a superb character. I also have very strong feelings about Rose, the GFFA everyday woman who is the audience stand-in and moral compass of the OT, and who is just a wonderful person through-and-through. Furthermore, C3PO in TRoS is just, marvelous, and Leia IS Star Wars, especially in the ST. And Chewbacca, BB-8, Finn, Ben Solo, are all wonderful characters with interesting arcs here. Yeah... I love me some ST, I do.

    Post-ST there a some big questions. What will Rey's Jedi Order look like? How many other force users are out there? Where is Grogu? The rumors right now that the first film will focus on two young characters, likely force users, and there will likely be some romantic attachment between the two. This will mean Lucasfilm is prepared to tackle the attachment question.

    What is it with people and ST criticism? Palpatone 2.0? Really? I would rather dwell in a repetitive viewing of TROS trailer than sit here and say the Knights of Ren, Luke Skywalker, Fimm, Phasma ....ummm REY. (just to name a few) we're actually written well when they weren't.
